We are located about a mile from the summit of Ober Mountain, the local mountain sports are with skiing & snow-tubing (in season), ice skating, attractions, restaurants, and more. They offer clothing & equipment rentals as well as a ski-school!

This listing is for just the top 2-floors of an amazing chalet on Ski Mountain in Gatlinburg. It is only offered at specific times of the year, usually when smaller groups travel more than large ones. We lock-off the lowest level and offer just the upper 2 floors as a savings opportunity to our guests. Our full-home listing is also available here on the channel.

- Main Floor: 1 bedroom w/king bed; shared bathroom; great room w/3 large sofas, dining area, kitchen; access to upper deck

- Lower Level 1: 3 Queen bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (1 is ensuite), a twin loft bed, twin mattress; game room; access to lower deck & hot tub

KITCHEN - Well-equipped kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, a drip-style coffee maker and K-cup machine, plenty of cookware for those big meals, and more than enough dinnerware and utensils for the whole group. The refrigerator and dishwasher are large capacity models to handle all of the food and dirty dishes. For convenience, there are 2 microwaves!

DINING - The dining table seats 10-12 people and more at the counter seats. This area has a large picture window with a gorgeous view of Mt. LeConte.

LIVING ROOM - In the living area, there are 3 sofas, large HDTV, and a stacked-stone fireplace (open Oct 1 - Mar 31). Step out the French doors onto the upper deck and relax on one of the sofas or chairs with an amazing mountain vista.

DECKS - 2 broad decks allow great mountain views. A large hot tub that seats 7. Our deck furniture includes a pub table set, cafe table & chairs, rockers, and conversation set — all to provide a place to relax and enjoy the view and even dine "al fresco".

INTERNET/WORK - The main level has a desk for work. Our fast Wi-Fi technology lets many devices be online without interference.

Once reserved here, we will send a confirmation message with a link to our secure website and instructions to finalize your booking within 24 hours, or the reservation may be canceled.

The Renter of record must:
・meet the minimum age;
・provide credit card for the security deposit;
・be present during entire stay;
・upload a valid government-issued ID;
・sign our rental agreement;  and,
・provide names & ages of the entire party.

When completed, we will provide check-in information 2 days prior to your scheduled arrival by message and in our digital guidebook.

We STRONGLY recommend Travel Insurance, especially if there is a chance of cancellation due to health, work, government policies, weather, or other reasons. Coverage is available during booking or from other online sources.

— TOP RULES —
We've been hosts for years; hosting thousands of happy guests, and we want to set expectations so all guests can enjoy the property. These are:

・Pets are prohibited, unless specifically allowed in the listing. There is a pet fee and some simple rules.
・Guests who bring pets to no-pet listings will be asked to immediately vacate and will charged an allergen remediation fee that starts at $525. Total fee based on size of the property and degree of remediation required.
・Events/parties are not allowed and *will* result in immediate termination of access to the property without refund and forfeiture of the security deposit.
・No smoking/vaping is allowed. Remediation fees start at $525.
・Butts, smoking discards, bottle caps, and pop-tops on the grounds can be dangerous to others and will incur additional costs for cleanup.
・Only listed guests are permitted, not to exceed our maximum occupancy.
・Drugs or illegal activities are not welcome and will be reported.
・No third-party bookings.
・No glass near hot tubs or pools.
・Quiet time is 10pm-8am.
・NO GLITTER on the property. Violations will incur possibly significant additional cleaning costs.
・DYE (hair, clothing, etc.) is not allowed on the property.
・Any citations, fines, or penalties that are received as a direct result of guest actions or inactions will be charged to the guest, along with a handling fee of $25 or 10%, whichever is greater.

Our properties have approved noise monitors that measure audio levels, without recording audio. If levels exceed local regulations, you will be notified about it. Should unacceptable levels continue, you will be asked to vacate the premises without refunds.

There are actively recording video cameras, some with audio, covering exterior portions of the property. There are absolutely *NO* interior views, nor any views of pool/hot tub areas.

We respect the community and our neighbors. We will not put our rental license at risk with the local authorities.

Our housekeeping partner has a strict cleaning regimen that includes processes and procedures to provide protections for our guests and our team members.

All laundry is done at recommended temperatures and uses products designed to provide the proper degree of sanitization.
The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled each departure. Bromine sanitizer is added after every clean/fill.

Chalet Village Amenities

You have access to 2 passes (1 pass is good for whole group) for the 3 clubhouses with pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a gym, and other recreational facilities during operating times, typically 9am-9pm seasonally, but may vary based on weather and attendance. The swim-season is Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day depending on weather and demand. Some are occasionally closed for maintenance and other activities. Please contact the Chalet Village Owners Club office to confirm status and hours.

Clubhouses offer Wi-Fi access, food/drink concessions, changing rooms, and showers (bring your own towels). Some also have meeting/event/banquet rooms for rent.
