Downtown Gatlinburg Condo. Walk to all the attractions!

Dream Catcher is a Cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 4 guests. The condo was completely renovated in 2018. Dream Catcher is located only 1 block from the parkway. You can park and walk to all the downtown attractions, restaurants and the Gatlinburg trail that runs to Sugarland's visitor center in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Parking is included in the rental rate so no need to worry about finding or paying for parking in downtown Gatlinburg.

The condo features 1 bedroom with a king size bed, 1 full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Wi fi is included in the rental rate. The living room and Bedroom both have flat screen televisions with cable TV. Linens, towels, wash clothes, toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are included.

1. What Linens are included? - We provide linens for the beds, bath towels, and wash clothes. If you are not accustomed to reusing bath towels you may need to bring a few with you.
2. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper, Dish soap for dishes, and kitchen trash bags.
3.What does the Kitchen include? - The Kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen including a toaster, various size pots & pans, wine glasses, coffee cups, and a regular coffee pot.
4. Do you allow pets? - No. Under no circumstances are pets allowed.
5. When will I get the address and condo access info? - Address, door code, and directions are messaged at least 2-5 days prior to your check in date.
6. What time is check-in and check-out? - You may check in any time after 3 pm and you must check out prior to 11 AM on the day of your departure.
7. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted? - The only 2 days that we do not allow check-in or check-out are Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

We loved our stay! The location is IDEAL! Everything was very clean and updated. It is a great blend of mountain vibes, convenience to the strip, and the extra amenities of a full condo. Daniel was very responsive and helpful. The ability to park at the condo definitely saves money on parking. Hope to stay again.

Only stayed one night. Accommodations were everything we expected. Couch was a little uncomfortable but it was fine. Do not yell at your spouse for farting when they sit on the couch. It’s the couch that makes the sound! Great location. I actually stayed in a different unit in the complex in August. This one was better.

The condo was very clean. I would recommend a stay here. The hose was very responsive to our questions. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen lacked a colander. Be sure and bring hand soap for the bathroom. There was none provided. It was nice to be able to walk to anything in downtown Gatlinburg.

We enjoyed the condo and the theme. We like a cabin-like feel but the closeness to all the attractions of Gatlinburg. We enjoy being in walking distance of everything. The condo was clean and provided all the basics. The only four stars I gave was due to the lack of kitchen supplies to do more of our own meals but we were out and about alot. No complaints overall.
