Anniversary getaway

This was our first trip ever to Gatlinburg! The cabin we stayed in was amazing, we had incredible views off the living room and back deck, it was clean and accommodating. The location on a map looks like it's far from downtown, but it's actually quite close. A bit of a nerve recking drive up the hill but after a couple of times it wasn't that bad. We will most likely stay here again on out next trip. The check in process was easy too, they send you an email, click a button and they send you a code for the door. Never has a check in been so easy. 5 stars for everything all the way around!

Room was good clean and plenty of dishes, pots. Fireplace didn’t work neither did hot tub. Called office someone came Saturday and fixed fireplace but not hot tub, Jet tub worked.

Great anniversary stay

Great cabin with nice view. It was extremely clean when we arrived and the hot tub was heated and ready to use. The location is great, just a few minutes to grocery and downtown Gatlinburg. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Romantic Week

We had a great stay. Wonderful cabin for a romantic getaway or a longer stay. We stayed a week. I loved the heart shaped jacuzzi tub and used it nearly every day. It was big enough for my husband to stretch out and very comfortable for 2. We enjoyed the darts, gaming system, and pool table. The loft was slightly small for the pool table which made the shots from one corner a challenge but still well within reason. The pockets could use a few staples as the balls would fall through on occasion. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances were as expected. My husband said there were hardly any T.V. channels. This was his only complaint. I should say there was only 1 rainy afternoon where we would have used the TV. I found it wonderful because we played games and cards instead and had a great time laughing at each other. The bed was comfortable with pillow choices to suit those that prefer a flat pillow and those that like it fluffy. All the linen was clean and there were plenty of towels and washcloths. We did not use the hot tub as I found the jacuzzi tub too enjoyable. Overall the cabin was very clean and perfectly suited for a couple. The location was perfect for us with easy access to a grocery store, gas station, hiking, and downtown. Should note that the fireplace cannot be used from April1- Oct. It was cold a couple nights and I would have liked to try it out.
