Relax in Completely renovated home with huge deck and upper deck. gas fire pit with large couch and private hot tub and gas grill Everyone can enjoy this fun spacious outside area.
And you’re almost for sure to see a momma bear and some cubs! Close to zip line, rock climbing , rafting, DT Gatlinburg. Get your coffee and go to the top deck and enjoy the morning. After you grill your dinner, you can eat right outside at the large patio table. You’ll love it here! The golf course is at the bottom of the mountain for the golfers. When you get here you wont want to leave

Great house in a great Smoky Mountains community

This was a great house in the Cobbly Nob community just outside Gatlinburg. Right across the street from the Smoky Mountains. House was spacious for a family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Bedrooms were roomy enough for what was needed - to store clothes and sleep after a day of hiking and exploring Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Stairs to one of the 2 bedrooms were steep so some extra attention is needed when going up and down those stairs. House had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay - bedding, towels, kitchen with utensils/pans, washer/dryer, TV in living room and bedrooms, grill. The outdoor seating and fire pit were great ways to wind down for the evening. The housing community runs through a golf course, which adds to the overall scenery of the area (and was a fun course to play as well). Overall, I'd stay here again in a heart beat, and I'll definitely be reaching out again if/when we come back down to the Gatlinburg area. We all had a great time in the house and in the area!

Great trip to the Smokies!

We really enjoyed this place! It was nicely updated, clean, comfortable, and inviting with all the amenities. Mark the owner was very responsive and helpful. The deck was great with a hot tub that my kids loved! The beds were comfortable although the second "bedroom" was not really a proper bedroom but more of a loft which would have been nice to know beforehand. Be ready to drive up some curvy, steep roads which we got the hang of. We checked out one of the pools in the development which was very nice too. Overall, we had a wonderful time, this place really did have it all, we would definitely stay again!
