Great place to stay. Friendly staff and convenient location. In quieter part of Gatlinburg away from noise of Parkway, yet on trolley route. It is near city park and river for quiet walks. Great indoor pool. Only downside is lack of daily housekeeping to empty trash and replenish towels. Had to fetch own fresh towels from office.

You get what you pay for

When I first checked in I was a bit shocked and wasn’t sure why it had such a high rating, but it grew on me as the days went by. The ladies that were at the front desk were very friendly at check in—I was more so shocked when I first entered the room. But overall, it is a great place for the price. It’s older and the rooms could use better renovations. It was fairly clean. The pools were very clean and well maintained. The hot tub was very hot and has a nice vibe with some LED lights around it. The walk into town isn’t too bad but it is nice to have the trolley pickup right up front. I paid the extra few dollars for a creekside room and don’t regret it a bit. Sitting by the creek was really enjoyable with the bonus of being able to people watch with the hotel across the creek. There is a black bear that comes around and we were lucky enough to see it 2 of the 4 days we were there. Overall I would stay here again. If you’re looking for a budget option that’s still close to downtown and has pools/a hot tub this really is the best option.

It wasn’t that great. Run down old hotel with an extra resort fee of 80.00 dollars added to the stay. Our room showed a balcony with chairs it was a 1/2 a balcony with no chairs. People were smoking off there balconies so we could not enjoy the door open or the river. Also people smoking all over the building. This needs to change to a smoke free building. We had gnats constantly coming out of the sink drain and the shower drain would not drain properly. If you’re paying more than 50 bucks a night it’s not worth it. The workers were are really nice and helpfully. Just not impressed with this hotel.

Nor pet friendly. Just a small sketchy are of grass. I was nervous when I took my dog out at 3am The room had drain flys and when I told the employee she gave me 2 wash clothes to shove in the sink and rub. Bedding and towels were horrible.

We did not have pets any with us. The facility was mediocor at best The staff was not too understanding of us not knowing the facility, rhey did eventntually show us where to park and where the room but not without altitude. The shower drain was clogged and the water did not go dowm. So to some thigs up it was a 1 out of 5 And that.was because of the location?It was close to everything we were going there for.
