It was located right on the river in downtown Gatlinburg. The condo was very quaint. You could walk to restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The highlight was finally getting to see a huge black bear!

“We had a great stay. The location was awesome. You’re close enough to walk to everything with a stroller, but just far enough away from the main strip that it’s quiet at night. The condo was clean and well stocked and just big enough for our family of 4. The host was very gracious and responded quickly when we had a question. Room was very good. It was very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and warm. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Electric heated fireplace was a nice bonus after a cool walk down the strip. Didn’t get to use the pool maybe next time. Kitchen was small but very useable. Loved having the fan in the bedroom because I forgot mine haha. It’s in the perfect place for walking the strip or walking to eat. Overall was a very good stay.

Overall it was a good stay, but had some issues with smell through the vents (we assume it was from the neighbors) and had hot water problems. I’m currently pregnant and have a toddler, so the smell was bothering us. But otherwise, the property was very clean, had a cozy feel and pretty close to the main strip.
