This super four bedroom home located just a few steps away from the beach in the Ocean Park Loop area of Northern DeBordieu Colony is perfect for the whole family. This private gated community is surrounded by a nature preserve and nestled on some of the finest beaches on The Hammock Coast. This home features a downstairs AND upstairs Master Suite with king size bed, seating area and private baths. The third bedroom upstairs features a set of bunks and two twin beds and the fourth bedroom has a queen size bed. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Downstairs there is a half bath, full kitchen and comfortable living area and dining area. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and spacious living area.

Additional amenities include: Keurig, gas grill (guests provide gas), 2 pack n plays, 2 high chairs, outside hot/cold shower, baby gate and more!

Exceptional Experience

Suzanne and her team were unbelievably attentive! The one or two small issues that came up were more than promptly taken care of. I have rented from almost every other agency in the area and TideLife is by far the most responsive. The house is very comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach and its well appointed with chairs, tubes, and bikes. We absolutely loved our time here and will stay here and with TideLife again!

The kitchen could not be better equipped-in fact there is more cookware here than I have at home. We have loved the bike trails as well as the privacy of the beach. The golf course is excellent. We’ve eaten at the Rustic Table each year and have not been disappointed-delicious food wonderful service!

We cannot say enough about the memories we made with all the groomsmen in this house. We were a 2 minute walk to the beach, and had beach rental items there when we arrived. The house was clean, lots of towels , and the kitchen was well equipped, supplied with dishes, coffee maker etc. We had a wonderful time and can’t say enough about this house. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay here. We would also recommend Tidelife Vacation Rental, they were kind and hospitable. They all were a 10!!

The home was beautiful , spotless and perfectly appointed, especially the kitchen. Nice layout, open enough for gathering but still had areas where you could escape to read or recharge. The only suggestion I have for the owners is that they provide full-length mirrors. We were there for a wedding and that would have been nice to have. When we visit Debordieu again we will definitely ask for Island House. Tidelife Rentals is great to work with, very easy check in process. Take advantage of the bike and local golf cart rentals. A wonderful week .

The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The location is awesome. Only 1/2 block from the beach which you can access via the boardwalk. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs. The hurricane did ruin the bikes and beach chairs so just an fyi. Hope they will be replaced at some point. TideLife was very easy to work with and addressed our few and small concerns quickly. Would highly recommend.

Our stay began well with a nice homey chat with the Tidelife staff when we checked in. They made us feel right at home from the start and the feeling only got stronger as the stay progressed. The house is just a half block walk to the beach. We walked the beach every day and rode bikes(supplied with the house) on the community cart/bike paths every evening. The kitchen was fully supplied with all cooking/dining utensils we needed plus an excellent stainless steel barbecue grill in the back yard. The house was very beach friendly with hard surfaces that were easy to keep clean of sand.Overall our experience was everything we hoped for and more. We highly recommend Tidelife Vacation Rentals and the Island House.

The confederate jasmine was blooming in the hedge and the smell wafted over the front porch as we drank our morning coffee and cocktails on the front porch. Hummingbirds were visiting the bottle brush bushes, which were also blooming. The beds were comfortable and common area was engaging, with an open kitchen/dining area adjacent to the sitting area so that everyone could engage in conversation before, during and after meals.
