In 2023 it underwent a wall-2-wall professionally designed renovation with 2 full bathrooms, one of which has a dual shower! Walk in and relax in your private hot tub overlooking the Columbia Valley after a big day skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, mountain biking, or golfing.

The space is open concept, with large windows unveiling an elevated, and spectacular, panoramic view of the Columbia Valley and Selkirk Mountains. You’ll feel connected to the Plaza activity, yet remain far enough removed to feel secluded, while soaking in your private hot tub after a big day at the Champaign Powder capital of Canada! This spacious condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a pull-out sofa for larger groups. The unit is appointed with pure luxury, including brand-new high-end furniture and appliances, wine/coffee bar & beverage fridge, and ceiling fans in every room. Bring family and friends together and collectively savor the year round bliss that Kicking Horse has to offer!

Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Start a load of used dishes in the dishwasher Start load of used towels on Super Speed, clean dryer lint filter Close and lock all windows and patio doors Turn off all lights and fans
Open all blinds, thermostats to 20°C (Oct to Apr) Close all blinds, thermostats off (May to Sep) Leave used beds unmade. If sofa hide-a-bed is used, remove sheets but leave the mattress pad on.
Place all garbage in designated bins in the unit. Take bagged garbage, and recyclables, to green bins located in parkade. If you have moved furniture around, please return it to its original spot.
