Each expansive bedroom boasts stylish furnishings, featuring two queen beds and a twin trundle bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are at your disposal.

Capacity is recommended for four adults and two children.

Indulge your culinary desires in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless GE appliances for eQortless meal preparation.

When you stay in this impressive apartment, you have the whole space to yourself. You can use all of the amenities, including the washer and dryer, and high-speed WiFi.
There's free parking on premises available and from here, you’re minutes to local grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, parks, health and beauty stores, locally-owned boutiques, and a lot more. You’ll be given a key code for secure, easy, and contactless entry into the home.

Gorham is the perfect spot for your vacation, with easy access to Portland and the Old Port for a variety of restaurants and breweries. South Portland is just 10 minutes away and boasts the Maine Mall and numerous dining options. If you want to stay local, Gorham has excellent dining choices, such as the higher-end MK Kitchen and the two locations of Sebago - one is a brewery and the other a restaurant in downtown. For some fun food and bowling, check out Junction Bowl. On hot summer days, head to Scarborough and take a dip in the ocean at Pine Point. There are plenty of beaches to choose from along the coast. If you prefer a lake beach, visit the state park on Sebago Lake. Don't miss out on the wonderful walking and hiking trails nearby. Cherry Hill, right oQ of 25 next to Sebago Brewery, is a great spot to explore.

We really enjoyed our time at the farmhouse. It was comfortable and a great location for everything we wanted to do in southern Maine. The renovation is beautifully done, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are ‘farmhouse luxe’.One tiny thing, it was a little noisier than expected because it is on a busy road. But it didn’t prevent our having a great time!

60th Birthday Celebration

We are 3 friends that have known each other for most of our lives and decided to go away for our 60th birthday year! Portland didn't disappoint. This house was exactly what we needed after exploring the area all day. All the comforts of home. A quick drive to Portland and many other areas. Was nice to come back to a place where we could relax after a long day. Good communication and easy to get to. Would 10/10 stay here again.

The home and property were beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. Thoughtful touches throughout include plenty of k-cups, super soft towels in the bathrooms, travel size shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, laundry detergent, and throw blankets in the living room. The only thing I would warn people about is the traffic noise. If that is something you’re sensitive to, bring ear plugs for sleeping. Otherwise, it’s perfect. Very comfortable furniture and the hosts obviously put a lot of thought into caring for the property and their guests.
