Settle into Base Camp Retreat, our cozy condo right at Granby Ranch’s base. Take the elevator from the garage, stroll to the lifts and trails, and sip coffee on the deck facing the slopes. After adventure, light the fireplace, stream a movie, and grill dinner as the sun sets. Sleeps 6 (plus infant) with a king suite and a bunk + trundle room. Perfect for couples and small families exploring skiing, biking, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park.

At McAdams Properties, we pride ourselves on providing amazing vacation experiences! We are located remotely, but will be happy to connect with you via email, text or phone anytime to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. We also have local resources standing by, if needed.

Located just 25 minutes past Winter Park on highway 40, Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere due to the absence of large crowds found at the larger resorts. Whether it's skiing, tubing, biking, golfing, fishing or just kicking back and relaxing, you can find it all here in Granby Ranch.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Upgraded finishes, cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Parking for one vehicle is available in the heated garage below the complex. A storage locker for ski or and golf equipment is available for your use in the locker room on the first level. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas and balcony are available for your full use.

There is a community fire pit and seating area outside the condo building that is available for use. There are also community grills by the fire pit.

The community Ranch Hall, located next to the condo complex, is available for guest use and features a heated pool and hot tub that are available year-round. You will need to purchase a daily guest pass at the pool for $20 per person/per day. Children 8 and under are free. For a pass to be issued you must provide proof that you are staying in this home. The welcome email or the confirmation email, showing the address, should suffice. Granby Ranch requires a paid day pass and signed waiver for guest use of the community Ranch Hall and community trails. See their website for details.

Step inside to our warm, welcoming home with a fireplace, cozy seating, and slope-facing views from your private deck with a grill. The open-concept layout blends a fully equipped kitchen and dining area - perfect for easy family meals after time on the trails or the slopes. Thoughtful touches like board games, comfy bedding, and coffee options help it feel like home.

The real magic is outside your door. In winter, you’re steps from the lifts for a day on the slopes. Summer brings lift-served biking, hiking, nearby Fraser River fishing, and base-area concerts. Watch the action from the deck, stroll to casual eats, and reach Granby Ranch Golf Course with a short drive.

Your stay can include access to Granby Ranch amenities at The Ranch Hall—outdoor pool, hot tubs, and fitness center is available (with a paid daily pass per person). This is the perfect haven for couples or small families looking to make memories together!

We love staying at Granby Ranch with our kids and this unit was perfect! It was very clean upon arrival, important with kids on the floor all the time. They had all the additional items that were mentioned in the listing, pack and play, games, fully stocked kitchen, quality bath products, blow dryer, ski locker. My kids loved all the board games. The unit was nicely decorated and really looked like someone took the time and care to furnish. The sofa was amazing! It had deep cushions that our whole family just sunk into after a long day of skiing. The view from the balcony was great, my boys loved watching the snowcats go up and down the mountain each night. We would absolutely stay in this unit again. The communication with property management was spot on. They would ensure I had all the info I needed and I felt equiped with information for an easy check in and check out.

Great location and a clean and cozy condo! Had a very well stocked kitchen which made it super easy to fix meals. Loved the ski-in/ski-out option. Very convenient. On the last night there seemed to be a sewage issue that caused a horrendous smell in the washing machine. After trying to run a rinse cycle on clothes that were already in there, the smell never came out. We even drove to a laundromat to try to get the smell out but unfortunately the stench is there to stay and will likely toss the clothes that were in there. Overall, I would still recommend this place and would stay here again, just wish we didn’t have the incident with the sewage in the last night.

We have stayed in the Base Camp condos for the past five years. This was the best one we’ve stayed at and was equipped best as a vacation rental. They had all the extras that have been missing in the past - humidifiers, board games, nooks, spices, all kitchen gadgets for cooking, etc. For sure we would definitely recommend to others and will stay again. Their communication before arrival, during our visit and departure was awesome.
