With 11 bedrooms, two main living areas, and a large wrap-around deck, the home is ideal for family gatherings, retreats, and groups who want room to spread out—both indoors and out.

To celebrate our recent renovations, every qualifying Colorado stay booked through December 31, 2026 includes a complimentary stay at our private beachfront property on Caye Caulker, Belize:

$5,000+ base rate: 2-bedroom beachfront home (sleeps 6), up to 7 nights

We own four Colorado properties - Casa Vista, CasaColo, Granby, and Lions Gate. Any combination of bookings across all four counts toward the $15,000 threshold.

The lower level includes six bedrooms, each with newly installed A/C and heat-split systems, providing individualized comfort and serving as a secondary heat source.

Dual boiler systems for heating and hot water

Multiple thermostats allowing different zones to be adjusted independently

These systems are designed to keep the home fully functional even during peak winter use.

Property Scale & Mountain Setting (Important)

Casa Vista Granby is a large, high-capacity mountain home, not a hotel or newly built resort. It is continuously maintained and improved, but the size of the property and the mountain environment mean that occasional maintenance items can arise, especially during winter or high-occupancy stays.

To minimize disruption:

The home includes redundant systems for heat, hot water, and major functions

Our local team lives nearby and prioritizes timely solutions

Guests who enjoy this home most understand and appreciate the foresight built into its design and are comfortable staying in a well-cared-for, high-functioning retreat property.

Winter Access

During winter months, all-wheel drive with snow tires is strongly recommended to ensure smooth access in and out of the driveway.

For added preparedness, tire chains and a tow strap are kept on site in case assistance is ever needed.

Cleaning for a home of this size typically runs around $600, reflecting the scale of the property and amenities.

Guests who take exceptional care of the home may receive a credit for any cleaning savings, as a thank-you for helping us maintain the property at a high standard.

Community Rules (Strictly Enforced)

To maintain good standing within the neighborhood, the following rules are strictly enforced:

Trailers, campers, RVs, boats, and similar vehicles may not be parked on the property for more than 24 hours

All vehicles must be parked in the driveway overnight

ATVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, and off-road vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties

Quiet hours: 9:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Outdoor lights should be turned off by 9:00 p.m.

Guests must comply with all county fire bans

Fireworks are never permitted
