Family-Friendly Condo inside “Granby Ranch Ski Resort” – Ski, Golf, Pool across street, Fishing, beautiful mountain views from our balcony! Balcony has table & chairs for 6 people. On-site skiing, a short drive up to base camp. Night skiing many weekends- it’s the only resort in the area offering night skiing! 20 min to Winter Park. 20 min to Rocky Mountain National Park.

SLEEPS 8 comfortably in beds (4 beds, each bed sleeps 2 people) . 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. One bathroom is in the primary bedroom. The other bathroom is across a long hall from the other two bedrooms. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms with tub & shower. Washer & Dryer INSIDE our condo. TWO BALCONIES with Rocky Mountain views: one larger balcony off living room with table + 6 chairs for outdoor dining. A second smaller balcony with table + 2 chairs off primary bedroom.
BEDROOM #1 – Primary bedroom – King size bed with private ensuite bathroom and cozy balcony off master bedroom with table & chairs for two. Graco Pack & Play Portable Crib.

We are on third floor. No elevator, 36 steps. CABLE TV & WIFI is in our unit. Service can be spotty in the mountains – nothing we can do. Your cell phone may lose service as well. It’s a great way to unplug! 😊

ON-SITE SKIING at Granby Ranch! A short 2-mile drive up the mountain to base camp. Drop everyone & gear at the door and park right there in the lot. Free & easy parking! During summer months, basecamp has a restaurant with outdoor patio, deck, bonfires at night and sometimes live music on the patio like acoustic guitar.
FAMILY FRIENDLY SLOPES with beginner areas (nearly flat slopes) and flat bunny hill with “conveyor belt” you stand on to get to the top of a nearly flat hill. Perfect for adult beginners or kids.
ALL CHAIRLIFTS end at basecamp so no one gets lost.
RENTALS for skis, snowboards and mountain bikes at basecamp.
SUMMER CHAIRLIFT RIDES for stunning mountain views ($5).
RESORT AMENITIES AT THE LODGE ACROSS THE STREET – All day pool pass is $10 adults, $5 kids. Outdoor pool & 4 hot tubs open year round, sauna. The fee is for the entire day and to use the pool, 4 hot tubs, sauna and fitness center.
POOL – Large outdoor saltwater pool across the street. Open all year. Heated very well in winter.
HOT TUBS – 2 outdoor hot tubs and 2 indoor hot tubs. Open all year.
FITNESS CENTER & SAUNA included in day pass.
ARCADE GAME ROOM (free) in the lodge across the street – kids electronic arcade games, pool tables, Foosball, air hockey games, soda pop & candy vending machines.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS – All are 20 minutes away:
ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK (connects to Estes Park) $30 per car. Make reservations AHEAD of time online, they limit the number of cars allowed in the park per day.
WINTER PARK SKI AREA 20 min– Skiing, many gift shops and clothing shops, restaurants. During SUMMER MONTHS they turn the Winter Park ski area into a recreation area with the longest Alpine slide in the U.S., family mini-golf, chair lift rides with stunning views, bungee trampoline, rock climbing wall, kids maze and more! Also Coopers Creek shopping area in Winter Park has gift shops clothing shops, restaurants.
GRAND LAKE 20 min – Charming town (just outside of Rocky Mountain National Park) with an old fashioned boardwalk, 60 gift shops, clothing shops, restaurants, sandy beach area with pontoon boat rentals, canoe rentals, ice cream shops. Rocky Mountain Live Theater.
YMCA SNOW MOUNTAIN RANCH 10 min away – Affordable family activities: Ice skating & ice skate rentals, snow tubing & tube rentals, cross country skiing & ski rentals, Zip lines (a short zip line for kids) archery, hiking, fishing & fishing pole rentals. Horses.
SOMBRERO STABLES 10 min away– Horseback riding in summer with a “cowboy” outdoor dinner and winter horse-drawn sleigh rides with hot cocoa and mountain views.
DONT SAY WE DIDN’T TELL YOU— 😊 No pets, No smoking. Smoke outdoors only. No parties. No loud music. You must be age 25+ to rent.
The pool is across the street at the lodge. Easy walk to get there. There’s a fee for an ALL DAY POOL & FITNESS CENTER PASS - $10 adults, $5 kids. That fee is for the entire day and for use of the outdoor pool, 4 hot tubs, sauna, fitness center. Pool is well heated and open all winter.
There are NO elevators in our complex. We are on third floor. There are 36 steps total. NO air conditioning in any of the units in our complex. Many mountain homes don’t have A/C because it’s low humidity, cool mountain air. VERY cool at night & cool in the mornings and we have several fans. Wi-Fi and Cable TV is spotty in the mountains - everywhere, there’s nothing we can do. It happens to everyone. It will come back on eventually. 😊 Thank you!
