Immediately adjacent to Kicking Horse ski run, making it ideal for families with kids just learning to ski. Come and go from house as needed for breaks or watch them ski down the run from the warmth of the home. Ski home, make lunch and then hit the slopes again! Spend the afternoon in the hot tub or around the fire pit for some Apres-ski. Come evening, fix a perfect dinner in a fully stocked kitchen or grill on the back deck. Home offers full, well-stocked kitchen, full size washer and dryer, one-car attached garage (will fit standard to large size SUV), plus one driveway parking spot, indoor fireplace, comfortable living area, free Wi-Fi, satellite DirecTV, main floor master with attached bath, spacious game room with foosball table plus plenty of room for your family. Dogs are considered for $100 per dog fee, with a maximum of 2 allowed per HOA rules. Guest MUST communicate directly with owner if planning to bring dog(s).

Home is stocked with all necessities for a comfortable stay. Two pack-n-plays and highchair for those traveling with a young one. If you have any specific questions or requests, please ask.

Rental of home includes 2 parking spots (attached single car garage and one spot on driveway). If you need parking for more than 2 cars, please let us know and we are happy to provide you with other options.

Heated Community Pool & Spa:
Granby Ranch community pool/spa are available for renter use for $10 fee, per person, per day, payable by renter at the pool desk. Guests under the age of 8 are free. If guest desires to use pool, will need to provide proof of booking (app and address are sufficient) to pool staff. Private hot tub at the house is included in stay and is professionally serviced/cleaned in between each stay.

Neighborhood:
The Tall Timbers Cabin area at Ski Granby Ranch are individually owned, luxury "cabin" homes in and around the Kicking Horse ski lift and run. You can easily ski-in, ski-out via the Kicking Horse run/lift which connects to the main runs of Granby Ranch/Base Camp area

Local Area:
Home is less than one mile by car to base lodge area Granby Ranch. Three miles from McDonald's, Subway, Domino's Pizza, a liquor store, grocery store with pharmacy, and Starbucks. The town of Granby is five miles from the house which offers other local stores, restaurants, banking, and activities. Devil's Thumb Ranch is a short 15-mile drive, Hot Sulphur Springs is 15 miles, Winter Park and Grand Lake are both 20-mile drives. All these areas offer year-round activities such as horse rides, hiking, shopping, dining, golfing, fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, cross country skiing, tubing, and many other activities.
