Charming Hideaway in Downtown Flagstaff

Charming Downtown Flagstaff Hideaway located 2 1/2 blocks to Heritage Square, the heart of the Downtown Flagstaff shopping district.

This one bedroom, one bath home with a bonus cozy attic as a second bedroom ( attic measures 3 1/2 ft. high on the sides and 6 ft. high in the middle with steeper ladder-like stairs - kids love it) with 2 twin beds. This home has central heat and AC, controlled through the Nest thermostat. This home has a private front yard and fully enclosed private back yard is located steps away from the Downtown shops, dining, galleries, parks, micro-breweries and hiking trails. It is a 30 minute drive to Arizona Snowbowl ski mountain, 1 hour drive to the Grand Canyon, 8 minutes drive to Buffalo Park, 7 minutes drive to Lowell Observatory and 45 minutes to Sedona.

The home has a queen size bed in the bedroom and 2 twin beds in the attic. Additionally there is Wifi, Cable, quaint new gas burning stove fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary glassware, dishware, pots, new refrigerator, garbage disposal and new cooking stove over oven.

Please no very small children. Back yard has about a three foot drop from one back patio to ground, loose wood piles, steep stairs to attic and fairly hot stove fireplace. Private backyard reading studio does not have electricity or water and will not be available to additional tenants.
Please provide your own soap, shampoo and personal toiletries.
Paper towels, toilet paper, clean linens, laundry detergent and bath towels will be available.

Great location and nice outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy nice weather. Dog enjoyed the stay and so did we. Easy walk to restaurants and downtown area. Enjoyed a fun ghost walk tour in the evening too.

The place was beautiful and we enjoyed staying here while the snow came in! Only thing i wished was different was the reading nook that was a small back house shown, wasn't as nice as we expected but overall the main house was small nice and cozy.

Todd is a great and communicative host. The house is cozy and close to downtown and Flagstaff urban trails. Well stocked with kitchen appliances, dinnerware, bake, and cookware. Love the gas stove. Very clean and comfortable. Pet friendly with a great backyard for dogs.

Todd’s place is very comfortable and well-appointed for a short stay in Flagstaff. It’s in a prime location within easy walking distance of countless restaurants, bars, and shopping. Todd is a responsive and helpful communicator. Have stayed here twice and have no complaints!
