Downtown Flagstaff Bungalow - 5 minute walk to downtown
This historic remodeled home is located within walking distance to dozens of restaurants and bars as well as retail shopping. There are two bedrooms,(queen sofa sleeper in living room) one bathroom, a laundry room, and a full kitchen. The counters are granite with solid maple cabinets. The front yard is fenced with a cute custom fence that resembles a flowing river, with a table and chairs for taking in the essence of the town. The backyard has a six foot cedar fence that creates a lot of privacy for the landscaped yard. A large hot tub sits in the corner and there is a large paver area in the back and a small patch of grass. The house was built in 1915 as part of the original town site.
The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The host provided some snacks and waters in a welcome basket. The hot tub was large and a hit after a long day of hiking in the Grand Canyon. We loved the location. We would definitiely stay here again.
Nice clean roomy house. Loved walking in Thorpe park and around downtown neighborhoods. Loved fenced in yard for our pup. Nice neighbors! Hosts added nice touches with arrival treats, spa towels, and doggy towels and poo bags.
The house was perfect for us! The backyard was perfect for our furry, 4-legged friend! The location was perfect - walking distance to restaurants and shopping downtown and in the other direction, we found a great hiking trail for us and the dog. Sat outside and watched a storm one night and stars the next. And best of all, the owner was very helpful with every question and need we had.
We lived this house. The fenced in front yard was so comfortable. The back yard has lots of space and is also a great area to have fun. It's perfect for walking down town and yes walking to some hiking trails. Have fun !
As always with Mark and Mandi's properties, everything was as expected! Clean, well supplied, beautiful outdoor spaces. Short 10 minute walk to downtown venues, 15 if you cross the railroad tracks! Enjoyed 10 days of cool temps and great accommodations!
We loved our stay at the bungalow! It was a perfect location for the July 4th weekend, with so much happening in downtown Flag. The place was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We especially loved having the chairs on the front porch to relax in and enjoy the weather. Thank you for a great stay!
We had an amazing 6-night stay at this charming Flagstaff bungalow! It was the perfect fit for our familyâcomfortable, cozy, and felt just like home from the moment we walked in.The location couldnât have been better. We loved being able to walk to all the great downtown restaurants and shops, and the park with tennis courts just down the street was a huge bonus for us.The house was well-stocked with everything we neededâplenty of kitchen appliances and equipment, a convenient laundry room, and a lovely backyard that was perfect for relaxing. The hot tub was the cherry on top and made our evenings extra enjoyable.Weâre so glad we chose this home for our stay and would absolutely return next time weâre in Flagstaff!
This charming, family-friendly bungalow is perfectly situated near downtown Flagstaff. The easy walk to both downtown shops and restaurants as well as the (seasonal) Sunday Farmer's Market near Wheeler park make this an ideal location. The furnishings are modern and comfortable making for a relaxing stay. The single bathroom may pose a challenge for larger groups, but the charm of this vintage home far outweighs any inconvenience. The fenced back yard was a perfect space for our dog, too! Our family of three had a wonderful time and are looking forward to our next visit.
This was a great house in a fabulous location to access downtown Flag. Very comfortable and well stocked for 4 people. Host was very responsive. We were in town for a wedding so didn't use many of the amenities the house offered like the kitchen and hot tub. All the downtown area was easily walkable and the Sunday farmer's market was a block away. Great access to Thorpe Park just at the end of the street and the Lowell Observatory up the hill which has has added a new wing. Definitely will return.
