Enjoy the entire apartment to yourself, with a private entrance and plenty of room to relax. Located at the back of a quiet four-plex, Prairie Comfort offers easy access, convenient parking, and a peaceful setting while keeping you close to everything Grand Forks has to offer.

Inside, you’ll find two comfortable bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, two living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, dining space, modern furnishings, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The additional living space makes the apartment especially convenient for families and groups who want more room than a typical hotel stay.

The location puts you just minutes from the University of North Dakota (UND), Ralph Engelstad Arena, downtown Grand Forks, and the airport. Restaurants, pubs, gas stations, and local favorites such as Red Pepper are nearby, with several places within walking distance.

Getting around is easy. A public bus stop is about a minute away, and Uber, Lyft, and local taxi services are readily available. Off-street and additional parking options are also available.

We’re delighted to host you and hope you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To help provide a pleasant experience for everyone, please review and follow these house rules.

### Check-In & Check-Out

Please follow the check-in instructions provided before your arrival.

**Check-out time is 11:00 AM** unless a different time has been approved in advance. Upon departure, please return the key to the lockbox and make sure it is securely closed.

### Registered Guests Only

Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. If your guest count changes, please contact us in advance so we can update the reservation as necessary.

### No Parties or Large Gatherings

Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Please keep noise at a reasonable level and be considerate of other guests and our neighbors.

### No Smoking

Smoking, vaping, and marijuana use are **not permitted inside the apartment**. If you smoke outdoors where permitted, please dispose of all smoking materials properly.

### Respect Our Neighbors

Prairie Comfort is located in a residential setting. Please avoid loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior, particularly during nighttime hours.

### Keep the Apartment Tidy

We do not expect guests to perform extensive cleaning. However, please:

* Dispose of household trash in the designated outdoor bins.
* Wash used dishes or place them in the dishwasher, if available.
* Clean up major spills promptly.
* Do not leave excessive garbage or food behind.

### Furniture & Property

Please treat the apartment, furniture, appliances, linens, and other belongings with care. Do not move furniture or remove items from the property.

Please notify us promptly if anything is accidentally damaged or if you notice a maintenance issue.

### Keys & Security

Please keep your key secure and lock the apartment whenever you leave.

Do not share the property key, lockbox code, or other access information with anyone who is not included in your reservation.

### Exterior Security Cameras

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, security cameras are installed **outside the property only**.

There are **no security cameras inside the apartment or in any private guest areas**.

### Pets
