This spacious condo features two bedrooms and two full-sized bathrooms, both with tub/shower combos ensuring comfort and convenience for you and your guests. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed and a brand-new smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The second bedroom is equipped with a twin-over-full bunk bed, making it ideal for families or groups.

Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with matching stainless-steel appliances and ample cabinet space. The living area offers an open floor plan that allows the entire group to stay connected during your stay. Gather around the gas fireplace or enjoy a cup of morning coffee on the balcony.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refunds related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

Very good stay. Needs a couple repairs, but it sounds like they are on top of that. It was a great location. Close to RMNP and Grand Lake. Easy access to everything. Grocery store is just a couple hundred yards away as well. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful trip

It worked out great for us. Very close to Rocky Mountain National Park and the lakes for hiking, fishing, and seeing wildlife. Nice small town, just a great trip which we would like to repeat.

The home was beautiful, only complaint was we were on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator other than that the home was in a great location to beautiful downtown shopping or entrance to the Rocky Mountain National Forrest.

When Grand Mountain Rentals sent all of the information about the condo stay, I informed them that I couldn't open their attachments. I asked for the email to be sent in a different format. They did not send it. When we checked into the unit, there were extra pillows but no pillow cases. In addition, bedroom #2 had no hangars in the closet. We asked for 2 pillow cases and a few hangars but got no response. Prior to arriving, I called Grand Mountain Rentals about other issues but got no response. The phone just went dead; no ability to leave a message. The directions for how to get to the unit do not match how to actually get there, partially because some of the street signs are missing or completely turned in the wrong direction. This unit needs a little sprucing up. Some of the windows don't work and in general, the unit looked a little shabby.
