Rooms were run down, couple of them had mold on the couch. The hallways smelled like burning rubber from the elevator. Nothing like the pictures in on the site. Staff was ok, no one wowed me! All seemed exhausted and overwhelmed.

My room floor was sticky and had dust bunny’s on the floor, clearly wasn’t swept in a while. There was barbecue sauce on the wall from a previous person. Bathroom was clean and beds were clean. Breakfast was average.

Breakfast was wonderful. Different meat each day. 2 waffle machines. And I apologize that people are so messy w waffle mix. Pool was very nice. The attendant even got a pool noodle for us. And we even had our hotel cleaned. I don’t think we ve had a hotel cleaned since COVID!! The hotel also had fruit water in lobby free. And coffee and tea 24 hours. And even free plates, silverware and napkins for door dash etc! We will stay in future when we visit son family!!

Honestly I was really upset and disappointed with my visit. We booked our room online and it looked nothing like the pictures for what we booked, not only that, when we got to the room, the curtains were torn, the sofa was full of old food, their was pee stains in the toilet and and the room was just a nightmare. I honestly am horrible with confrontation so I didn’t say anything to the staff at the time. With how bad the room was there was still an upside though. The pool and hot tub was nice, their breakfast was delicious and well prepared and the people we talked to while onsite were a blast. I just wish I wasn’t gaslighted by the pictures of the rooms. Honestly I would come back but I was very unhappy where I slept.
