Hyatt Regency Niagara Falls Fallsview

"I just wrapped up an incredible stay here, and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. If you are visiting the area, book a fallsview room—you genuinely get the best view of Niagara Falls available. Waking up to that panoramic, unobstructed sight and watching the falls light up at night right from my window was absolutely mesmerizing. What made this a true 5-star experience, though, was the warmth of the staff. From the moment I arrived, Tom at the front desk made me feel so welcome. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and took the time to ensure everything was perfect for my entire stay. It is rare to find hospitality that feels this genuine and personal. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfy, and the location made exploring so easy. Between the world-class view and Tom's amazing service, I wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else next time I'm in town!"

"The staff were very helpful letting us have an earlier check-in time. What we didn’t like was that there are no grab bars in the tub to assist you when getting in and out of the tub and yes I realize most ppl have a cell phone, but a clock radio on the night stand would have been nice as it’s nice to turn your phone off to disconnect."
