I was double charged for the room, coffee maker had mold in it and the bagel were so old they were as hard as rocks. Overall 3/5 its what I have come to expect from a Holiday Inn.

The omelette was cold from the refrigerator. The potatoes were also cold. Bathtub was chipped and stained. There was no linen for the sofa bed inside the closet. Guest had to go downstairs to get.
