Every piece of furniture, artwork and item placed in this home was for one purpose - to support your search of space to RELAX, RECHARGE and REJUVENATE!

The space
This newly built retreat home is located in a resort and safe community, designed to provide comfort, safety and connection to all it's guests. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is uniquely designed provide you with the ultimate retreat experience.

From the welcome kit (including starter supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap and detergent) that provides you with the simple essentials for your getaway, to the cozy fully equipped and connected rooms to the luxurious private pool and back patio retreat space, this home is here to complete your retreat experience.

For your safety, this home has 24-hour front door camera footage, smart system keyless entry (with deadbolt inside for additional security) along with pool enclosure. In addition, complete in-garage and driveway space for up to 4 cars comfortably.

Inside the home, each room is fully equip with comfortable furnishing and bedding, luxurious ceiling fans, large smart TV's and on-suite bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen (with essential set of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, as well as toaster, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle), along with a full-sized washer and dryer to provide the ease and comfort of a perfect retreat home.

The living area provides comfortable space to relax and recharge with
Comfortable convertible sectional sofa bed, luxurious ceiling fan, 50" Smart TV and direct access and view of pool area.

The back patio and pool area provides open and free space to enjoy the fresh air and private pool; furnished with comfortable lounge chairs with side table, a cozy nest chair, along with table with chairs to enjoy some breakfast or light meal and company. Pool towels are provided.

Guest access
If you chose to step outside the retreat home, you will encounter the beautiful walking paths, enchanting gazebos, peaceful lakes and lush nature just outside the front door.

Within a 5 min walk, you will find full resort amenities, including a resort pool, waterpark (fee required), clubhouse, bar & grill, fitness center, and game room (free of charge). Nightly entertainment for guests of all ages - calendar of events available on the Balmoral Resort website.

If your retreat trip plans includes hitting the Orlando/Kissimmee action and amusement parks, this home is perfectly located close enough to make that apart of your epic retreat experience.

The pool always needed water, pool light fidnt work. The beds felt horrible. Mold in the shower. Ants everywhere in kitchen no matter what we did. Cabinets broke. Just not a well maintained home, problems with outlets no working. Bathroom fans no working. Damage everwhere, not to mention dust everehere you look

Great spot close to everything.

Stay here to visit my mother. Property was clean and inviting. Pool area was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and the crops the way neighbors were awesome! Everything we needed was right near by. Would definitely stay here again.

Hurricane Milton

Missed two days at home due to power outage. Host was very understanding and concerned. Torrential rain brought some very small ants into kitchen area but were not that bad to deal with.

Not worth it.

When we arrived the keypad for the front door was glitchy and the battery was dying we weren't able to get in. We were locked out and unable to reach the owner after sending her a message through vrbo, calling her phone going to voicemail multiple times and as well as sending multiple text messages. Eventually, We had to walk around the back of the home near a lake for a backup key out of the lock box in order to get in the home. The bed, at least in the master bedroom, seemed like it had been made up with sheets that had not been washed, there was hair and other small debris under the covers. There was hair in the shower of the master bath. The pool was floating with lots bugs, I myself had to use the net to clean out as much as I can because my 5-year-old wanted to go swimming. Luckily one of the neighbors allowed my son to join them in swimming. I ended up getting a stomach bug and throwing up which has never happened before and I believe it came from that nasty pool. The owner claims we bleached their pool towels and we never purchased bleach brought bleach in that house. She claims we lost one the fan remotes from one of the bedrooms which we did not, all of them were accounted before we left. One of the twin beds collapse on my daughter while she was asleep and the owner wants to charge us $400 for a cheap bed that I could find on Amazon or Wayfair for $150. The screws were loose on one of the wall mounts that held the TV, I tightened them myself to ensure it fall...

Loved it!

Axelle’s Retreat home is beautiful, modern, clean 10/10, comfortable and refreshing pool area. basic utensils available in the kitchen. Wifi, smart TV, clean bathrooms and bedrooms. Definitively recommend!
