You will love the view of the golf course, the proximity to the shops (Walmart: 5 min walk), Walt Disney World, Legoland... The community is gated and has a great restaurant on the golf course (famous for its Sunday brunch).

The spacious sitting room has comfortable seating and a large screen TV and DVD/CD player. Both the sitting room and dining room overlook the private pool. There is a second sitting room, great when the kids want their own space.

There are 4 bedrooms in total. The main bedroom has a King sized bed with ensuite bathroom, which is situated on the ground floor.
The 3 other bedrooms and bathroom are on the upper floor. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and third bedroom is a double. The fourth bedroom has twin beds. All linens provided.

There are two bathrooms, one of which has a bath and shower, the second bathroom also has a shower. All towels and hairdryers provided.

The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker fridge/freezer and waste disposal. You will find everything you need has been provided. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer, so leave room in your suitcase for lots of clothes shopping at the bargain Outlets.

The lovely screened pool has plenty of patio seating and is surrounded by beautiful Florida vegetation. You have an ample supply of pool towels and pool furniture. Pool heating can be added for additional fee, please enquire if you would like a quote for this.

Our local Managing Agents are responsible for cleaning and maintaining our villa. You can call them for any assistance you might need.

A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.

The tree-lined streets of Southern Dunes edge the lake and golf course and make an ideal walking or jogging track, should you ever feel the urge to do some exercising! Two community swimming pools are available for guests to use, as are the tennis courts and children’s play area with swings and slides. The excellent clubhouse, which you are more than welcome to use, even if you’re not playing golf, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a good selection of beverages. Should you wish to play a round of golf or use the driving range or putting green, then the helpful staff in the club shop will be able to assist you. It is a good idea to book your rounds up early though, because this course is very popular with tourists and residents alike, separate fees are payable at the time of booking.
