Check-in was wonderful, pleasant and very helpful. The condition do the hotel appeared to have some construction and be subpar. The room itself was as expected. Still has a slight scent of smoke. Some mold in the shower floor/tile and on the seat for accessibility guests. I don't think a person who does not need accessibility should be given those rooms. For the cost and service fees you pay for, the hotel should clean better or leave wall vents laying on the floor. All-in-all it was ok and I would stay again.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and I stayed in one of the recently renovated rooms. It was beautiful and very comfortable. Sadly you can see there are already signs of wear and tear (a spill on the carpet outside my room, a dirty footprint on the carpet by the elevator, a letter missing from a sign next to the elevator). I tried to watch TV (there were two different remotes) but no matter what buttons I pushed, I could not figure out how to change channels. It wasn't important enough to me to call the front desk to figure it out, so I just turned off the TV again. I also found I couldn't get the water from the bathroom sink to warm up to more than lukewarm. Other than these minor inconveniences, it was a great stay. I will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others as well.

Very convenient off the highway. I had a beautiful room ... an Executive King. Very clean and quiet. Nice amenities. Breakfast was decent. Great price. I'd definitely stay here again.

The only issue really has been working the TV. We have trouble with it every time we come here. But the lady from the ftont desk did come to our room to help us.

Bed was made but did not feel fresh and I believe the sheets were not changed. The basket in the bathroom had not been emptied. The cord to the telephone kept falling out and even hanging on the it at the connection didn't always work. The first time I have stayed at a Best Western I was unhappy with and all I got was "we are sorry"

The property appears to be under renovation as ok there are several waste bins located in the rear there appears to be a lot of litter and recycling pop bottles and cans present. Over all the inside of the property is clean. The only issue I find is the hotel makes u come to them for towels, shampoo, soap, coffee keurig containers.

Overall I would say that we really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was very welcoming, and for the price I feel like we really got our moneys worth. For improvements, I would say that the air conditioning in our room was broken so our room was really hot. When we contacted the front desk, there was no solution and no attempt to improve the situation. The breakfast was good and we really enjoyed the pool! Overall, I would say a really good option for those coming to stay at Burlington

I have stayed at this hotel before but different room . This time I had room with king bed and sofa bed . When we got there we walked into the room and it smelled like strong paint or glue scent. It did get less or we got use to it but it never fully went away . Also not sure bed bugs or whatever wash sheets in but I had rash all over both my ankles one worse then the other . I like how quiet it was and how it’s close to the train station and shopping .
