Timothy

A baseball team of sorts was making a huge amount of noise in the hallway outside our room. When I went out to see what was going on, there were around 20 kids and several adults outside. The adults were drinking and eating pizza while the kids were playing baseball in the hallway. I asked them to quiet down, mentioning that people were trying to sleep, but the noise continued for hours. I also called the front desk multiple times. The front desk attendant said she left a note for the front manager and then repeatedly put us on hold each time we called to report that the noise hadn’t stopped. The best they said they could do was leave a note for the manager tomorrow. The party went on late into the night, and unfortunately, nothing was done to address the situation. The next day, basically told us the manager may hopefully be in contact with us. Definitely one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. Don’t bother with this place, there staff will not do anything even if the place is chaos

Nice hotel...decent room...friendly staff. But, even after 4 calls to the front desk, I couldn't get the tv to work. Its a small, but frustrating, detail, but for someone who travels for business, it soured my trip.

We booked a suite that had 2 bedrooms with a king and 2 Queen beds as well as a pull out couch. The description said that it would accommodate 8 people. We arrived after the checking time of 3, around 3:30, woman at desk says they are still cleaning room, not ready. I explained we had tickets for a show and were on a tight timeline. At 4:00 I was summoned to the desk for her to tell me that the room I booked did not exist. I had all the paperwork including the room description. She told me we would have to book another room to accommodate our group and we would be paying for it. The room I already booked was over. She said I would have to Pay for an extra room. My husband asked her to call the manager, she would not. I had noticed another hotel right next to this one and we were out of time. They booked us 2 adjoining rooms for less, everything included, made up our keys and did paperwork quickly so we could put our stuff in our rooms and go. I went back to the first hotel and asked for a refund and the same receptionist told me that she could not cancel the reservation, I would have to do it myself. NEVER AGAIN. VERY POOR TREATMENT OF “guests”.
