This is our second stay at this Hotel as we stop for a visit with friends. It was nice to enjoy a reasonable priced meal in yiur new restaurant. The only difference from our forst stay was there was no welcome packages for our 2 cats (which they received at the fiat stay) Perhaps this is something that thwy sont do anymore? Very friendly staff at all i.nteraction. We love the early morning coffee available in the Lobby.

the warehouse was not the problem. Expedia is the trouble! you changed the date form the 22 to 23. I stayed on the 22nd and I will never use your web site again. your very imposible to contact to cancel or change plans.. I purchased the $5.00 fee to cancel that did not work for me and you lock out the hotel so they can not change things, so as said never again.

Clean room. Friendly staff throughout. Excited to see it grow. Helpful hints: Handicap parking is NOT easily accessible. Valet parking would be great. No bars in the shower for those who need the safety. Toilet is super low!

The room is clean, but it has no coffee maker in the room and water bottles are there but you have to pay. There’s no phone in the room so if you need assistance, you have to go down to the lobby.

Our stay was interesting. They put us in 1 room and we noticed that the air did not work. We called down to the front desk (had to use our own phone, as they dont have them in the room), they said they would send someone up. The person they sent up was the janitor his words were "I dont think its working, but i just clean toilets" They did however switch us to a different room, but a completely different type of room!

I wish I could have given a better rating to this hotel. The concept and set up is very cool but the lack of sound proofing is a huge issue. We could clearly see the light and hear the room connected to ours through the space between the ceiling to the wall. It's an old warehouse transformed to a hotel with corrugated wall/ceiling.There are marked quiet hours 11pm-7am but this noise until 1am of talking and TV made us dread having to be there a 2nd night. The staff was attentive to the need of fresh towels. But the noise issue is a MUST FIX before we would return.

The noise/sound insulation needs improvement. I was awakened at 1am by loud neighbors who were very noisy until at least 2:15am. Otherwise a decent stay.
