The only problem I had is when the sink in the bathroom was blocked up, but as soon as I notified the hotel, someone came up and fix the problem. I will definitely recommend this hotel!!

The property is OK it needs a lot of maintenance. The pool is not working and I think it’s been out of commission for a while. The ceilings are cracking in the room. The bathroom shower head was rusty. The toilet would not flush the maintenance had to come fix the toilet twice and after that it was still leaking water. This hotel needs some major renovation.

My stay at the hotel was satisfactory overall. Although there was a temporary setback due to the system being down, I would like to commend Alicia for her outstanding service. She handled the situation with professionalism, efficiency, and a positive attitude. By implementing a backup plan, she ensured that guests were still able to check in without significant delay. Her friendliness and dedication truly enhanced my experience, and she is a great asset to the hotel.
