I liked the hotel overall; however, my family and I were disappointed that the pool was permanately closed and the exercise room only had an eliptical working. Both treadmills were out of order.

It was a little disappointing that qe had to drive around a bit every time we wanted something to eat. It was not mentioned that the pool was permanently closed.

The front desk people are extremely rude. When I approached to do the checkout, I said “Hi” and got a “Wait.” without even looking at me; after a few minutes, she looks up and says “ What do you want?”, very unprofessional, we will never stay here again. If I wanted a cheap place kind of service, I would have stayed in a place that didn’t cost two hundred bucks.

My connecting flight was canceled so I couldn't fly to Hartford. I tried to cancel at about 3:00 pm when I learned my connector wasn't operating. I was told it was too late to cancel. Whrn i called the hotel directly i was informed no refund because booked through a 3rd party, Travelocity.
