The receptionist was awesome! Our Expedia reservation was messed up (Expedia’s mistake) and the receptionist took care of it with no problem!

We stayed here twice recently, both times in a room with king bed. The first room was excellent and well appointed, so I gave this property five stars. The second was somewhat lacking - it had an odd chaise lounge and a desk chair, instead of a sofa or a pair of easy chairs so only one of us could sit comfortably. The room was clean, but bathroom could use a deeper cleaning - there was a little mold in the caulk. This being said, I dropped my rating to 4 stars.

We are her to check out a wedding venue (Bill Miller’s Castle) and this is really the perfect place to stay. Plenty of rooms and incredibly convenient. I think it will serve a good portion of people attending the wedding next year.

Dirty pool . Pool with visible mold . Dining area chairs with extreme peeling upholstery fabric on multiple chairs , needs more attention to detailing cleanliness such as mold around face sink and accumulation of dust and dirt in corners of dining area. House keeping appears to do bare minimum. Lost more than two hours of sleep due to a fire alarm from a broken sprinkler....hit by a delivery truck onsite . Hotel did not apologize to patrons or explain what was happening , nor gave safety instructions or inform when it was safe to return to rooms. Unprofessional receptionist - condescending and reluctant in providing the option of a printable receipt if booked via expedia.ca/com Appeared unwelcoming and not of much assistance if booked via third party websites that offers discounts instead of directly through them . Poor customer service!

I could hear and feel the movement of the people in unit above mine…I was in Room 120…..poor insulation !!! stayed there for 4 nights….also the coffee urns never seemed to be the hot and I drink it black !!! However the front desk staff was excellent!!

Half the lights didn’t work in the room. Sent maintenance to “fix” it. Showed up with a ladder an hour later then told us he couldn’t fix it. We all huddled around the one light to get ready for the wedding. Did not offer another room to get ready disappointed motel 6 leaves the light on for next time I guess.
