Property was ok. Staff was friendly. If you need something you have to go to the front desk to request it. Housekeeping is only every 3 days if not checking out. Poor design in bathroom, not enough towel racks, everything was always wet. The exercise room had no AC (very hot) and no wipes to sanitize the equipment between uses. Breakfast was ok, not the best. Definitely budget hotel feel.

Comfortable stay

Comfortable stay. Only complaint was our room was near the lobby and there was a loud group talking until 2 am. We did not deal with it that night. We did let the front desk know the next morning and they apologized and said they would take care of it. There was no noise that following night. Of course it's hard to know if the loud group was just gone. Good breakfast. The TV system was very user friendly. Found it very easy to login to our own Netflix account as well as watch broadcast television. Near shopping and dining options.

This was a great hotel. Check in was easy rooms were extremely clean and the beds were super comfortable. This is a big hotel, with a game room and exercise room a very nice breakfast room and breakfast was decent. I was pleasantly surprised and we will certainly stay here again. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

Fast check in, however our bathroom had not been cleaned. Hair all over bathroom floor and toilet and toilet seat had dried drips and toilet bowl full of black mildew in a prounoumced ring and down the sides of the bowl. Also did not have enough toiwels for number of guests. Asked front desl to have our towels supplied and bathroom priperly cleaned, even wrote a note and handed it to front desk person so that they could not forget. Towels did get resupplied while we were out but bathfliir amd toulet cleanluness were not addressed at all. The fact that an employee went in and restocked the towels withiut cleaning. The filthy toilet is just so odd. Breakfast options fine and workers in there very pleasant. I would not recommend and would not stay again.
