The lady at the front desk was very nice. We got the bathtub room and when we got here it was broken, we called to see if they could do anything about it but they just told us that it had broken down a day before our reservation and they got no time to fix it. Other than that it was okay

The closet was broken so it would not close, had to stuff tissues under it to keep it closed, there was no way to hang anything any way, no closet pole. A half inch long roach crawled out from the coffee pot tray on the sink counter when I moved it. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible.

⭐ 1 Star Review Unacceptable experience – roaches and poor response from staff My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Shortly after checking in, I discovered roaches in my room. I called the front desk multiple times to report the issue. Their only solution was to move me to another room — which also had roaches (I saw three in total). When I called again to complain, I was told my only options were to move yet again or check out early, with no offer of a refund or even a discount for the inconvenience. The lack of cleanliness and poor handling of the situation were unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel until they address their pest problem and improve their customer service.

Everything was disgusting. Room were stink and dirty, doors could not lock from the outside. Unsafe place. Roaches were everywhere including on the beds. We left within 2 hours. Could not stay.

Absolutely disgusting. Before I could even swipe my card to enter the room there were bugs crawling out of the room. Once I turned the light on at least 25 bugs scurried across the floor. I have NEVER seen something so foul. In my best advice, stay far far away. I will be reaching out to who ever I can to ensure no one will ever have this experience again. I am infuriated.

Literally terrible all around. From the super rude Spanish lady working at the desk, to the dirty rooms that have cockroaches EVERYWHERE, woke up with it on our food and the guy at the desk the next morning said “oh wow yeah we got a couple complaints about that” and that’s it. Not to mention I was charged for a smoking room but given a non smoking room and haven’t gotten a refund. Terrible all around and nothing but a hassle and stressful environment. Showed up to the property at three and was told to wait until the room is cleaned, I didn’t get into a room until 4pm.
