The property just needs to be modernized. Linoleum floors in my room instead of carpet. A patched shower floor.
Will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again. This location needs to be closed!! Room was so dirty we had to be moved to a different room which wasn’t much better. Window was broken and held shut by a pole, stains on sheets, towels and in shower and toilet. Horrible metallic smell in water and cigarette smoke so heavy I had a sore throat in the morning from breathing it in. Dirt on the floor. One of the beds in room was broken and tilted down. Seriously don’t think hotel has ever had a good scrub down. Avoid this motel at all cost.
We called for a late check in. The lady was super nice on the phone but when we got there the guy didn’t seem to have a clue. The outside of the hotel was awful. The inside was dirty. There was hair on the back of our toilet, mold on our shower curtain, beds were super hard and every time you moved squeaked & smelt like urine absolutely awful.
This property was nicely located to the drag strip which was nice since that is where we were going. It definitely needs a lot of updates, and it was filthy but it wasn't clean either. The curtains definitely need replaced. I had to ask for cleaner to scrub our shower/tub. It had a patched bottom that had mold growing on the caulking.
We arrived early & our rooms weren’t ready. Okay, totally understand. Manager (wearing a stained t-shirt promising “I speak sarcasm”. Managers don’t wear uniforms of some sort anymore?) said rooms would be ready in 40 minutes. Fine. No problem. Left to go out, returned almost 2 hours later to find rooms still not cleaned. We waited in the lobby for another 30 minutes. And when I say “we” I mean my husband, son and two really elderly family members who had just driven 9 hours. Bit of a bummer.
A very lovely lady at the front desk *did* bring me an iron, however—which was much appreciated.
The decor is really odd with lots of strange floral arrangements (with gold flowers) that really lower the tone. It really needs a complete overhaul & update to something more classic and comfortable. As it is it looks like it’s stuck in a 70s time warp in Vegas.
Location was super convenient —not everyone will like being right off the highway but it worked great for us. Parking is plentiful but could benefit from someone rolling out all the ruts and potholes in the parking lot.
It is nice very patient and fair with me and my friends I think it'll be the future hotel to visit for now on

Everything was fine with two exceptions. When our room was cleaned, they did not refill or change out the toilet paper or take our used towels/rags. We had to go to the front desk to ask for more toilet paper. There was also a spot on the floor where the flooring was peeling up.
The place itself was not bad and the room was clean and in good shape. My only complaint is that despite saying breakfast is included, all there was was coffee, which i could have gotten in my room. So don't book this place if breakfast is a reason why you're choosing it.
