The staff was excellent. The workers should have put plastic between the work areas and common areas. Due to work, elevators and exterior doors weren't functioning.

I was checked in under the wrong information, given the wrong room, the room was not clean, and waited 30 minutes the following morning for someone to attend the desk. The people seem nice, but the organization needs to get its act together.

The hotel is under renovation. In spite of that, things were clean and comfortable. The desk personnel was very friendly. Breakfast was well served.

Why are a fleet of rental trucks from the motels neighbor company idelling in car parking spaces, they left their truck spaces at the far end empty!!! Unbelievable.

It was a little challenging getting through the building because of some updating taking place. Would have been nice to know it was going to take place while we were staying there. We were disappointed.

The staff was A+--- great customer service, friendly and helpful. The hotel was being renovated so it was chaotic. Maybe eventually would stay when complete. Not in current state. Breakfast was not great but better than nothing.

It wasn’t worth the money I paid for it. The hotel was under construction and they gave me a room that was under construction. The toilet seat was broken and the shower didn’t drain. The property wasn’t disarray generally.

Under construction was not the issue . The smell in the hallway and room was terrible . Noisy and others staying were smoking weed and wandering the halls . Doors slamming and the hallways were filthy . Felt unsafe . The breakfast was not desirable . The front desk staff were pleasant
