The best hotel I’ve stayed at so far in my trip in Japan! The staff were so friendly, amenities were plenty. The best was super comfortable and an amazing shower and bath which was 10/10 😍. Would 100% stay if I visit Kanazawa again.

Enjoyed the stay. Great beds. Public bath excellent. Automated check-in slightly annoying. Lack of coffee either in the room or in the service area a big ding for me.

Room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was the best we had in Japan. Happy hour was nice. The lounge was comfortable to relax in. Well situated for the sights of Kanazawa and an easy 20 min walk to the station.
