A keen walker may want to walk to Edale and catch the train back to Chinley station only 2 miles away or perhaps take the train to Manchester and take in a museum, show, art gallery or just shop. Chatsworth House, the spa town of Buxton and Castleton caves are all within easy reach and make great days out. Shops 1 mile, restaurant 2 miles and pubs ½ mile.
