Tough hotel to stay in the hotel during summer months with no AC, extremely hot at night. Price for one night is $300 during merrie monarch week, but at best this hotel is worth $100/nt having no elevators and no AC in all the rooms. Staff seemed bothered to assist guests? Idk… Tough stay. I get sometimes we have bad days but man…… Anyways, I wouldn’t stay here again during merrie monarch week.

This was a business overnight trip This place was awesome, I’d stay there again. They had no air conditioning but had sufficient fans and it was comfortable. They had no elevator but filled out requests of the ground floor due to my walking handicap. Was just like home

This location looks a bit worn/dated. It has no A/C and no elevator, but it does have fans in the room and a kitchenette. The bay view is gorgeous. The staff is attentive and they keep everything clean. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I love this hotel. The rooms are reasonably priced, clean, safe, quiet, and the staff is friendly and professional. Plus, I enjoy the pool area is, too.. It had a nice view of the ocean.

Great location but unfortunately a pretty run down place. There was no hot warm in the room. You could hear the ocean all night since the windows could not close completely.

This is not for folks who like sparkling new, fancy hotels. Reeds Bay Hotel has no air conditioning, but the breezes are amazing, the fans keep the air flowing, and you're at the water's edge. The rooms are very quiet, and the hotel is located close to the airport. I will definitely come here again.

Good location.

I have stayed here twice and really enjoy it. It’s an older building so there is NO air conditioning. Also there are three levels and ONLY stairs. I think this facility is under appreciated. If you pay for bay view room, it is fantastic! I’ve stayed in two different bay view rooms and love each one. We sleep with the doors open to hear the waves at night and morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The area is a convenient to coconut island, small areas for children to enjoy the water, Liliuokalani park is a beautiful and peaceful area. Walk down banyan road and see the huge trees and who planted them a very long time ago. I’ve wondered how many spiders live in one😂 It is very close to the airport so expect to hear the planes as it can get noisy.
