If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Eastin grand hotel Saigon completely exceeded my expectations.
Before arrival, I corresponded with the hotel via email regarding a number of items. Including check in process for late check ins, plug types available in the room, and airport transportation. All responses from the hotel were prompt, informative, and very helpful.
Upon arrival, staff were extremely welcoming, kind, and professional, handling our bags with care, and ensuring we had everything we needed. Throughout my stay, staff were very respectful and courteous, and were quick to address any questions or requests I had. Almost all staff spoke English, and even staff who did not speak English as well were resourceful in finding ways to communicate or seeking assistance.
The room was extremely clean, and hotel amenities, including the gym and pool, were fantastic. The breakfast buffet was truly the best part of our stay; there was a variety of different cuisines and breakfast items, and the coffee bar was excellent.
As someone who does not travel internationally very frequently, the Eastin grand hotel Saigon quickly became our comfort space to come back to after a long, and exhausting day.
