Branson Retreat Lodge – Hot Tub, Pools & Game Room

One of the closest nightly rental communities to Big Cedar golf courses including Payne's Valley and all Branson attractions. We are a golfing family so know the many Branson courses and can give great golfing suggestions!

Hurry and book now! Newly added to our list of homes that only have the best amenities and custom features throughout. This large 6 bedroom lodge sleeps 18 and was truly designed and set up to accommodate large groups with multiple living areas, large custom dining table for maximum occupancy, and large rec room. This 6 Bedroom Lodge is the floor plan with much needed lower level rec room. We supply everything you'll need including linens, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, laundry soap, and coffee. This house can be rented along with my 7 bedroom next door and will sleep 38 total!!

What makes this home unique:

- 2 Screened in decks that overlook a beautiful wooded lot with nature trail and creek. This is one of my favorite places for morning coffee or listening to rain on cool summer nights. Most beautiful part of nature trail is behind home with neat little waterfall.

- Lower level screened in porch has hot tub -not your average hot tub you'll find in a rental. Has 22 jets and massage jets! Off the lower level screened in deck is propane grill (propane provided)

- 3 Master Suites and the other 3 bedrooms have bathrooms right outside their doors.

- Multiple living areas for families and kids to spread out. This 6 Bedroom Lodge is the floor plan with much needed lower level rec room.

- Rec room with pool table and custom decor to make you feel like your on vacation. Large screen TV with PS4

- Main level living room has floor to ceiling fireplace and large screen TV above fireplace.

- 4 bedrooms have king beds and the two bedrooms downstairs have custom full over king bunks which can be used for kids or adults!! Downstairs rec room has one queen sleeper sofa. Guests love the custom bunk beds since it's a king on lower bunk.

- All bedrooms have large screen Smart TV's

- 4 dedicated parking pads

- we supply all your needs such as coffee, laundry supplies, linens, high chair, baby gates, and fully stocked kitchen.

- Lastly, great customer service provided by the owner. I have all 5 star reviews!!

We of course provide pack n play, high chair, baby gates, coffee for traditional coffee pot (we also have Keurig coffee maker), bathroom essentials, and paper products. All that's needed is short drive to grocery store to pick up dinner to cook in large kitchen.

Make sure you also enjoy the community zero entry Swimming Pool, Splash Pad, Club House with kitchen, 3 stories, seating, pool table and views of Table Rock Lake. New playground located by clubhouse and pool. There is also a nature trail which is right outside the private back yard.

Amazing stay!

New proprty, great neighborhood near lake. Not far from town. The layout of the house is perfect! 3 level with hot tub, laundry room, 2 tv rooms and open layout with a large dining table for playing games!

A great place to enjoy a family reunion.

The kids loved exploring the trail and creek behind the house. The adults enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and well equipped kitchen. We loved the neighborhood and location. The owner was very responsive but we had everything we needed and didn’t need to contact her except at check in. It was a very comfortable and homey rental and we very much enjoyed our family time there.

Our family loved the area, lake, swimming pool , hot tub bedrooms , screened porch, quiet surroundings. Close to fun activities Kitchen pots & pans were descent- very easy checkin. We loved this place! The beds were comfortable! House stayed cool in the heat of the summer! The resort style pool was a hit! A nice and quiet neighborhood! Branson Family Time

Our family was very happy we found this beautiful home for our week together in Branson. It was only 10-15 minutes from the Branson Convention Center, where my daughter was attending an event with her dance studio. Close to Silver Dollar City, Titanic Museum and most attractions. Our daughter also went to Escape Code escape room with some friends and they loved it. We ran out of time to go in, but there was also a cute Car Museum in downtown that looked like fun. Florentina’s Italian restaurant was also a great find and recommend if you’re looking for a good sit down family place for lunch or dinner (ask for Curry as your server- he was wonderful). This home had plenty of space for my husband and me, our three children and their two friends traveling with us. The kids loved the two bunkbed rooms downstairs, and our son enjoyed one of the quiet rooms upstairs. It was nice for my hubby and me having our bedroom on the main floor off the kitchen to get breakfast started and have coffee on the peaceful back porch without waking the kids up when they wanted to sleep in longer. We had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. We all loved the screened in hot tub at the house and also the community pools. There was a nice surprise for the kids when an ice cream truck drove through the neighborhood one night. Also, loved getting to see the lightning bugs in the back by the creek at dusk each night! Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Absolutely amazing!!

My husband, myself and our 12 children ages 3-18 stayed for a week and loved every second. The home is large, has comfy beds, has plenty of kitchen items, trash bags, soaps and the list goes on. The hot tub was perfect and the pool table got a lot of playtime. Plenty of games for the kiddos and even a PlayStation. The home is perfectly located and we spent a lot of time at table rock fishing as it’s so close. We give this home a 10/10 and highly reccomend.

Very nice house. We take a family trip every year. We take my 92-year-old grandmother with us, so there are 5 generations of us in the same house. Plenty of room for everyone. A couple of small issues but were handled very quickly.

4 Generation Family Getaway

We had my grandma, mom & dad, sisters family with her 2 year old and my family with our 19 month old on this trip. The check in and check out process was super easy. Even when I didn't check my email until trying to enter the house.. the property manager got back with me unexpectedly quick with all needed instructions! The house is exactly as posted, huge with awesome bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, furniture, kitchen, etc. Everything you need to spread out or get close. We did utilize the baby gates due to all the stairs but.. when you need something that big, understandable. My mom (a clean freak) even commented on the cleanliness. We visited Silver Dollar City and the drive was not a problem, avoiding a lot of the Branson traffic. Highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Burl Lodge. There were 14 of us and it was very comfortable for that many (teenagers and adults). Plenty of space, perfect number of bedrooms/bathrooms, comfy beds, kitchen had everything we needed and it was close to the lake. The washer and dryer came in very handy as well! Great place to stay!

Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful home. Lots of room to spend time with family. Cindy was a great host who was reachable and willing to help out the best she could. A wonderful experience overall. The only reason why didn’t get all 5 stars is a few minor things: should have enough coffee cups and glasses for the amount of people the house would hold; Only had 1 dish rag and 2 dish towels in the kitchen for the whole stay, and the fact that we had to drag the trash to dumpsters that were 5 blocks away. Other than that the stay was great.

Clean, quiet, roomy!

We had 4 adults and six kids ranging from 2 to 16. We had plenty of room to spread out. The beds and pillows were very comfortable (a must for me!). We were appreciative of dishes/cookware and didn't want for anything. Plenty of beach and bath towels (although a little small and thin, but we brought our own anyway bc we were burnt by a different VRBO so it wasn't a big deal!). The "neighborhood " was new, clean, and quiet. Close to State Park Marina. Only thing we would change would have been the rainy weather so we could have used the pool for longer haha but the kids enjoyed the slide and splash pad.
