Yes, they were NOT friendly or helpful at front desk and bell man didn't help with my luggage. They rushed me along and weren't curious or kind. I'm Very disappointed. Hotel is run down and needs a renovation.

Hotel is old and run down. No shuttle service because our plane landed after 1 am. Then we were charged a $25 “amenity fee” even though we are only sleeping here overnight and heading back to the airport in the morning. The amenity fee was a complete ripoff and was not previously disclosed.

Friendly staff, nice room just for a night before catch flight, smoking section outside, you can control air conditioning. This hotel has great restaurant! I might go back there just for the restaurant. Transport to airport was good too (free)

Conveniently located very close to airport. Shuttle runs regularly and is easy to find. Only a 13 minute walk if you don’t want to wait for a shuttle or it’s nice out. Overall very happy with my experience, great for an overnight layover.
