Yes, they were NOT friendly or helpful at front desk and bell man didn't help with my luggage. They rushed me along and weren't curious or kind. I'm Very disappointed. Hotel is run down and needs a renovation.

Good hotel at a good price. Restaurant had good food although service was slow due to unexpected crowd. Great option for nice accommodations near the airport and center of town, not far from Pearl Harbor.

The beds were tiny abd extremely u confortable, pillows were old and flat, room smelled musty, made worse when using the air conditioner. There was also a film on the bathroom floor that made it feels slimy.

Wonderful.servuce.The shuttle service wasnt working but they provide taxi services and paid it.That was very nice and understandable. I was traveling with my dad ..They gave me a room in the floor and also I had a lots luggage they got my luggage and put it and secure place for me that was very nice .I ask for late check and tgey gave me extra hour .Tjlhe staff very friendly and awesome service.I recommend them 100 give some many starts they deserved.You can walk and get food .Gas station Mc donalds some many options close to the hotel .Thank you for everything.

"Resort Fee" is high and includes things that have always been standard at this hotel and others, before these fees came into play, such as WIFI, airport shuttle. Theyve added vouchers for coffee, but when I redeemed my voucher, the coffee was very low quality and the hotel restaurant would not allow me to sit at one of their tables, in spite of being empty save for a single other customer. Nobody goes to an airport hotel as a "resort". Who are they kidding??
