A wonderful Waikiki stay

We have a great time staying in this condo, very close to the beach and Waikiki strip, parking is free and convenient to everywhere. Management staff is very friendly and responsive, it’s an ideal place for a vacation stay !

Enjoyed my stay in this spacious condo. Although a little dated, the condo was clean, had a great view, comfy bed, and great water pressure in the shower. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Free parking was a big plus and no issues with finding an available stall. I definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.
There's a TV in the living/dining room and a smaller TV in the bedroom.
There's a Murphy bed behind those doors. I didnt use it. AC was cold.

Good communication. Easy directions for late night arrival. Room was big enough for 2. Adequate kitchen supplies. Nice Mountain View from 20th floor. Property is older and not remodeled but for the price it was very good. Clean, no bugs. Wall AC is only in the living room but there was a pedestal fan. Free parking a big plus. Always managed to find a spot if I went up to the 4th floor. Office has free beach gear you can borrow like chairs or floats, stuff people left behind. I would definitely stay here again if the price were about the same. Near some of our favorite places like Tiki’s and Moana Surfrider lobby for live music.

Second time coming back here because we enjoyed this place so much! Communication with the rental manager was easy and fast. And while some of the furniture looks a little out dated, it’s always clean and furnished perfectly.

It was in a great location, 5 minute easy walk to the beach and stores, parking in the garage was great and just made our vacation a lot easier! Only downsides were that I woke up during the night for some water and turned on the lights to find roaches on the stove running back to hide and there was a urine smell in the bedroom–not sure if it was the carpet or the bed skirt but it was something.

Only a block and a half from the beach. A lot of dining available in the area. Parking was included with the room. Facility was well taken of. Only downside was elevators were slow.

The kitchen had everything you could want or need. It was a very comfortable stay with plenty of space. Two beds , two TVs a great shower. A ton of towels and beach towels too even a beach chair. Laundry on every floor.

The property was great, but communication leading up to our stay was non-existent. Check in times are VERY limiting (3-4) and we wanted an option to do check in later as we were driving from the North Shore. I sent messages two weeks before and got no response, tried again several days before and then tried calling and emailing the day of with no luck. If you can make the check in time, it’s a great place to stay!

This was a great location to stay, simple but good price. It was a short walk from the beach and many dining options. The front desk wasn't open very much while there, so it was a little more difficult to get new towels, we waited until they were open. Also, there is a coffee pot there but the coffee provided didn't work well (very weak for even a small portion), so we'd recommend getting your own coffee at the start of your trip. Overall, we'd recommend staying here!

Friendly staff. Clean building and rooms. Enjoyed our stay and would use them again because of the free parking that’s included. Only bad thing for us was that We weren’t told by Expedia that this building only allowed small/medium size cars so we had to drive all the way back to the airport to return the truck we rented.
