We were looking forward to the jacuzzi, it was broken, the dock was broken and closed. There was a sign in the room that said, "treats for your dog." there weren't any. website said, "no charge for your dog," yet to get a rtoom where your pet could come, it was around an extra $30- $40 The shower water was warm but never hot. for the price it wasn't worth it. There wasn't much in the area for eating except the local market. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Atleast the room was clean.

The staff was excellent, and the rooms were both clean and accommodating, which made for a pleasant stay. One aspect to consider is that the walls are a bit thin, so noise from neighbors can occasionally be disruptive at night. While this isn't a reflection of the location itself, it might be helpful for future guests to be mindful of others. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel for its many positive aspects.

The pet friendly room has dog bowls and a bed for our lab. The staff was friendly and the facilities were so cozy. The hot tub closes promptly at 9pm and someone gave me a 10 and 3 minute warning. I’m not sure if they even worked for the resort but my suggestion would be to keep the hot tub open until 10pm. Would love to come back and visit again.

Nice spacious room, great parking, love the "living room" area that we could use and nice to be able to use the grilling facilities. Maybe the only thing that would have made a bit better; rather than a table and chair, to have two comfortable chairs or a sofa in the room.

Nice Hood Canal Lodging

Our family stay was pretty good overall. Just a few things to improve: * Pillows could be improved * Add decaf coffee pods * Change the bar soap, it leaves a weird texture on skin * Add air conditioning (the fan is not enough) The contactless late check-in and early check-out key drop really helped us out.
