Arrived August 28 and realized I'd accidentally booked the 27th...was still in New Orleans when I booked late that evening. Front desk staff at the Crystal were not willing to make any accommodation. I suggested I still needed a room. The lady ignored the request. Maybe a language barrier Said he'll with them and found another place to stay
