NOT SATIFIED

I booked my hotel 3/12/10 for a one bedroom suite at the homewood suiteshouston texas. When I arrive at 1:30 pm I was told that my suite was not ready and that it would not be ready for about an hour. I told the gentleman at the desk that my wife and I would go to lunch and return later. Upon returning I was told that there was a mixup in my reservation and was told that there was no one bedroom suites available and there would not be one availible the whole weekend from 3/19-3/22 I was told by web that the hotel has the power to do whatever they want at their discretion. I felt powerless to do anything. I really would like to know what happened . That incident ruin our whole weekend, and I don't think I will be using web or staying at the Homewood suites ever again. and I had paid for this suite in advance and I was told I could not get my monmey back to go to another hotel. Someone should fix this.
