The staff is very rude and talks with a demanding/agressive tone. You’d think I book at a motel 6. This was awful

The staff and front desk lady were nice. There was a bit of a misunderstanding/mix up on how many adults could stay in the room I booked which was a mistake on their end but were able to accommodate me in a way. I will say the cleaning part can improve and bedsheets need an upgrade. I was under the impression that they are under new management and renovation so they are possibly still working on improvements. Since there is no smoking policy, the rooms are basically penetrated with the smell and that was something I struggled with when I would go back to the room and get some rest after a long day.
