"I was concerned that the room may be too small (superior twin), but as a 6ft 5" person, the bed was a good size and the room itself was cosy, with plenty of room for luggage for two of us. Great spot, would use this hotel again."

"Only 1 night stay. Reserved 2 rooms (large rooms). Clean rooms, nice bathroom amenities, hot water pot with drip coffee in the room, bed is firm, pillows are comfortable. Wifi is okay, has CNN english channel. Friendly staff, we were able to check in early since our room was ready - normal check in time is 3pm. Airport bus limousine stops here from either Haneda/Narita. We did not try any of the restaurants since there are plenty of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again. only negative comment is they did not have room service which is fine since plenty of restaurants nearby. there's a convenient 7-11 store across the street. "

"Clean, quiet and comfortable. Make sure to ask for extra softer pillows at the front desk. They have lots of items that you can borrow for free. 7 eleven located in the building is super handy and it’s near a Starbucks. Staff are super helpful and attentive. It’s not listed but if it’s raining you can purchase plastic rain covers for your luggage at the front desk. Thank you for the wonderful stay! arigato gozaimasu "
