"We had a wonderful stay. A location was perfect in the heart of Akihabara, a service was a top notch, a room was very comfortable/clean and a bed was also incredibly comfortable. I also loved the fact that the hotel offered clothes recycling service (you could leave your clothes that you don’t need for recycling/repurposing)!! We also loved the convenience of having a nice pizza restaurant downstairs, and appreciated a complementary drink perk. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again next time we are in Tokyo. Thank you to the staff for making our stay very enjoyable and pleasant. "

"Cutest room! Location superb, right by the railway station and all the shops. Checkin/out 100% easy. Staff helpful. Room small as expected but WORKS well. Even a little massage chair. Dressing gowns, lots of fresh towels, good power points, kettle, fridge, perfect. "
