Great location! We have everything you will need for a great day at the beach. Bikes, chairs, sand buckets and boogie boards.
And when done at the beach you can sit on the back patio and do some grillin. Nice fenced in back yard that is great for the kids or pets. Close to parks and Cocoa beach and Space center.

I wish I could give this stay 6 out of 5 stars. The host made the trip. She was above and beyond courteous and responsive. The house was great and had plenty of room with 4 full bedrooms. Parking was easy and the neighborhood felt very safe. We all had a great stay here.

This was one of the best rental/stays I’ve had. The home was immaculately clean and clearly cared for with great attention and pride. You can feel the effort the host puts into making guests feel comfortable and at ease.I travel often and have stayed in many homes and this host is truly top notch. Thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel warm and welcoming, and everything we needed was right at our fingertips.We made some really special memories here and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

FABULOUS

A wonderful home for families. It has all the bells and whistles. Very comfortable feeling as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend this home. Melody the host was wonderful. Next time we visit that area we will surely stay there again.

Excellent home for family; wonderfully furnished, plenty of space. Excellent location - easy walk to beach or park. Thoughtful amenities, including beach towels and toys! Definitely would book again.

Amazing!!

This was an incredible stay. The host was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. The house was so neat and clean. We had plenty of space, all that we needed and it was so close to the beach! Hopefully will stay again!

Great House, Location and Host

We were in Melbourne to visit family for Christmas. When we arrived to our surprise the house was decorated for Christmas. Everything was perfect except maybe the weather could have been better. We will be back.

Very nice stay!

We had a nice holiday weekend in a quiet neighborhood near Canova Beach. Our family and dog had a great time. House fully furnished and in good working order. Free WiFi as well. Good not ask for a better stay. Would stay again.

Great house

This is a wonderful, well-stocked house with everything you need for a stay at the beach with your family. They even have beach chairs, beach toys, and bikes to use. We loved the layout of the house and all the space. It was very comfortable and clean. We would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was the perfect size, plenty of room for 5 adults. The location was perfect for visiting other family members in the area, as well as attending my Uncle’s 90th birthday celebration. The house met all our needs and accommodations.

Nice house close to the beach

We had a great time. The house is very comfortable and clean. There are at least six bicycles you can use and beach stuff. They owners respond fast to emails and are super nice. I would stay again if I have the chance.

Terrific property and hosts

The house is a classic 60s ranch with a recent and complete renovation. Nice and clean, and just like the pictures. It was very comfortable for our stay. The kitchen is well-stocked, too. Best of all, the hosts are available, friendly, and serious about making sure you have a good experience in the house.
