The Desert Oasis is located inside Indian Palms County Club, located within walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields-home of the Coachella Music & Art Festival and Stagecoach Country Music Festival. This home is also a short drive to Thermal Horse Show, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, restaurants, shopping, and other local attractions.

This beautiful Indian Palms Country Club vacation home is in a private gated community. Enjoy resort style living with all the amenities including 27-hole championship golf course consisting of three 9-hole courses. There is also a practice facility featuring a double-ended driving range, two putting greens and a complete short game area. A full-service restaurant and bar (La Palma) are on site and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lifestyle Center is equipped with workout equipment and daily classes. There are 6 tennis courts, pickleball courts, community swimming pools and spas, and a pro shop available during your stay.

The home features a large open floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. When you enter the home, you are ushered into the great room layout with a spacious area for entertainment and tv around a fireplace, a roomy dining area and the open kitchen. A slider leads to a shaded private patio area overlooking a pond a perfect place to enjoy the mountain views and sunsets. The expansive kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an island with breakfast bar, and walk-in pantry. The primary and one guest bedroom are ensuite for truly private enjoyment. All bedrooms have separation from each other and are generous in size. This vacation home is perfect for festival-goers, golf fanatics, and those looking for a relaxing desert getaway!
