¡La experiencia fue única! La amabilidad del guardia de seguridad en la entrada; el trato, servicio y atención a todo detalle por parte de todo el equipo fue de primera clase. La magnífica experiencia culinaria en Jota, el servicio de su equipo en el restaurante, la barra y su coctelería fueron excepcionales. ¡Xiomara en Guest Services es amazing! Xiomara hizo que cada detalle fuese espectacular. La visita a la playa bien privada y una experiencia fenomenal. El conductor es tremendo empleado y super agradable. Royal Isabela es un lugar mágico y sus empleados hacen que sea una experiencia para recordar.

This place is a pure paradise. Gorgeous setting and absolutely relaxing. The resort restaurant is definitely 4 star. As for staff I wish there was a category greater than excellent. Everyone made us feel welcome and part of the community. We were definitely pampered. If you are looking for luxury, you MUST stay here.

The facilities are amazing. Incredible private views. Very quiet. Paradise-like. Service under delivered on expectations. A few examples: lengthy wait for food once ordered, customer service didn’t pick up phone, no chef at golf club grill and therefore no breakfast, housekeeping forgot to restock mini bar. All signs that they are struggling with staffing. We had a wonderful stay despite these annoyances.

This property is very beautiful and quiet. The casitas are very private and have beautiful views. Highly recommend the e-bike tour around the property with Jorge.

We absolutely loved the Casita and food was excellent. The major issue with this resort is the lack of staff. We waited for at least two hours at every single meal which also included wrong food being delivered and wrong bills being handed out. This was very disappointing. This place has so much potential with more help.

Everyone was extremely friendly. The room was beautiful, but could use a new bed, and the plunge pool could have been warmer. The food was expensive and a bit overrated.

Beautiful views. The view from our room was amazing. Love the outside hot tub and opening shower doors. The only thing I didn’t like was the cleanliness. Everything in my room was dusty or completely covered with layers of dust. I went to the store to get wood cleaner and some cleaning supplies. When the house keepers came (2) of them they barely clean the floors. They didn’t even sweep or mop the bathroom. The only thing they did in the bathroom was take the trash out and some towels. I’m really picky because I suffer from allergies.

A 5 star luxury property In Isabela close to many beaches . They drive you to the beach. Lots of activities included like kayaking , e-bikes , etc. every casita has a plunge pool. If you can afford it , go for it !!!!! Excellent staff who cater to your needs

Perfect place for a Silent Retreat!

The staff is amazing and the silence is a great feature in this hotel, allowing me the time and space I needed to decompress and relax. I felt like I was staying at the Fantasy Island. Puerto Rico is well known for its hospitality but this place is something else. Highly recommended and certainly, I'll be back soon!
