2207 Cameron Blvd is just a stone's throw away from the best Isle of Palms has to offer. Beach access is a breeze from this corner lot which is only one block from the ocean. Local restaurants, bars, groceries, and coffee shops are just 4 blocks to the south. The public park and rec center are just 4 blocks to the north with a playground, play fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, and more. Being 5 blocks from the Isle of Palms Connector Bridge, beach traffic is a non-issue.

When it's time to relax, luxury will find you at the private swimming pool that includes a built-in hot tub. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Beautifully designed and surrounded by wonderful tile work, the pool is the perfect hideaway. When it is time to hit the beach, you will find it just a short block away. An inverted floor plan, the living, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom are all located on the top level of the house. Gourmets will love the spacious kitchen that has many extras like a pot filler right on the stove, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room is amazing with a large 75-inch 4K TV, Apple TV, stereo system, elevated bar, and stylish furnishings. Home also has a widescreen compute monitor, printer, and dock available.

Each bedroom is outstanding, and you will be spoiled by the comfort of bedding and the wonderful furnishings. 2207 Cameron Blvd features two master suites with luxurious bathrooms in each. (Note: The shower in the top floor Master Bathroom is not currently working, making that bathroom a half bath.) Additional features of 2207 Cameron Blvd include 5 Beach Bikes, 5 Commercial Grade Beach Chairs, and a Beach Wagon (a deposit is required to access beach gear). - The pool can be heated for $100/day (4 night min), as long as the average outside temperature is over 55F. Either the spa or the pool can be heated but not both--if you choose the pool, the spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. Lovely spacious home & well stocked kitchen. Beach access very close. Communication great. Kitchen fridge ice maker didn’t work but repair was pending. Some of the doors were difficult to lock. No complaints otherwise. Would highly recommend!

Great location! Near perfection.

Large house with lots of room to entertain as well as spread out for alone time. Beds are so comfy! Two families and Grandpa stayed in this practically on the beach home. A very short walk to beach access was awesome. Closer than we were expecting! Great shelling, but we must have come during jelly season because a lot were on the beach and hardly anyone went into the water. Groceries, liquor, etc. were all a short car/bike ride away on the island. Great food options, but GrubHub and Door Dashers left a lot to be desired. Why not 5 stars? 1. The house is LOUD. The door hinges all need a good spray of WD40. The AC is on the roof (as expected), but it's loud. The fridge is big and great, but runs loud too. 2. The complimentary bikes were locked up. Just inconvenient to message property manager for the code. And the method of getting into the locked house was inconvenient (garage, then interior code instead of direct front door lock access). 3. The trash was full when we got there, but we didnt know it until a few days later. Per instructions we had to message the property manager who promised to get it picked up. It never was, so some trash had to stay in the house when we left. 4. Wish there were complimentary beach towels. We wouldnt want to waste suitcase space to pack them, and we felt bad at the possibility of just throwing them away at the end of our stay. Overall all the above are minor, would definitely come back! It was Florida without the craziness of Florida.

Golf trip

House location was very convenient, close to both food/entertainment and groceries. The house itself was very nice and offered several amenities. Our only complaint would be the condition of the pool/hot tub. When we arrived the pool was very dirty and not swimmable. It was not cleaned until a few days into our stay. We thought the cleaning crew from the prior visitors would have taken care of this. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Our first visit

This was a family gathering of 6 adults, 1 teen and 2 kids. The house accommodated all of us with ease. We especially appreciated the closeness to the beach, the availability of bikes, the $250 chair rental “gift”, and the well supplied kitchen. The elevator was a god send with luggage and groceries! The kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Convenient shopping was a plus. We loved gathering on the porches and the upper deck. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to put a day bed or pull out couch in the loft. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Our stay at A Stone's Throw

I gave the property only a 4 star based on a lack of urgency by the management to address the smoke alarms that were going off our last day for what the maintenance crew finally decided was a bad alarm that was setting all the others off. This took 2 different trips out with multiple hours of the alarms driving everyone crazy! A bad alarm is not avoidable but the lack of urgency to fix the situation was frustrating and our last day was just not fun. Also, we paid extra for the pool to be heated. When we checked in it was not warm. You pay for this per day btw. I called management and they gave some excuses and then they try to tell me we actually did not pay for it. Well after adamantly saying we sure did, a call with apologies came the next day and the owner then turned on the heat. I will say with all that we probably would not rent again based in those frustrations. The property and home itself is beautiful. Location to beach is a huge plus.

Everything about this house was beautiful. The location seemed great as well, though we couldn’t do much exploring due to weather. I had to knock one star off my rating because we booked this house for the jacuzzi and pool and I received a call from the company the morning of our trip saying that both were not useable because of heating issues. Understandably this is not their fault, however I did have some misunderstandings with the customer service reps even before this issue regarding prices for heating the pool, and getting different information from different people. The solution they offered us was moving to a different house (which wasn’t big enough to fit our party, or giving us back a nominal refund compared to what we spent on the house. Overall, the house is amazing, walking or biking distance from the beach and shops. We just had a few disappointing hiccups.

Great Property

Rented this property for a week. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children. Short walk to a beach that was not very crowded. The house's layout was great for 3 families to live under the same roof but still have their own space. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in staying in this area.

Family Beach Week

The proximity to beach, shopping and restaurants along with the home accommodating 4 families with teens and babies made this the perfect beach week! There was room for everyone around the table in both the dining room and kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and luxurious. The pool was a fun way to end each beach day! Family Vacation

Overall property was fantastic. Short walk to the beach, plenty spacious and elevator was great for arrival and departure. Addition of a few baby items (high chair) would nice. Overall kitchen was well stocked but the pans are in rough shape. Pool was enjoyed by all. We payed the deposit for the owners bikes, chairs, etc. While we only used the bikes, all the equipment was in nice shape.

The house is perfect for a large family or group of friends. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of beach equipment and five bikes.
