Find ease and relaxation at this attractive home in the Pelican Bay neighborhood of exclusive Wild Dunes, where you'll be a two-minute walk from a path that leads to the ocean beach! This two-story home features hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, access to a community swimming pool, and a private screened porch and deck where you can dine, mingle with your loved ones, and listen to the sounds of the nearby surf. You will stay at a recently renovated retreat with a new stove and microwave, pressure wash exterior, touch-up paint interior, tree trim exterior, and new bedding!

What's nearby:
This 1,444-square-foot home is wonderfully located within steps of a path to the beach. Spend your days walking or riding bikes on miles of trails that wind throughout Wild Dunes, or take a quick drive to the golf course to practice your putting skills. The Isle of Palms Marina is two miles west, and downtown Isle of Palms - with its great shopping, dining, and entertainment - is two miles beyond. Historic Charleston is also just 17 miles west, where you can dine at some of the best restaurants in the country.

Great, clean house

The check-in process was extremely quick and easy. The property is in an excellent location and the house was very clean and beautiful. However, an item was lost there and the process to get it back is difficult.

Overall it was perfect for us. The furniture could be updated, but was okay. The house is conveniently located by the ocean and pool. The neighbors were friendly. The house neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our week in Isle of Palms.

Perfect location

The cottage was perfect for our family stay! Proximity to the beach and bike paths was important to us and we took advantage of this amenity often. It is a beautiful 25 minute drive to the downtown Charleston area as well! The home overlooks the golf course and is a close distance from other great restaurants and shops. The town of Isle of Palms is also nearby and fun for a walk, ice cream, shops food and drinks. We loved our stay!!

Nice house but needs some attention.

We stay in Wild Dunes several times per year and compared to other homes we have stayed in this one isn't kept up as well. This is a nice home, but needs some updates on the flooring and furnishings. The beds were clean but the baseboards appeared to have never been dusted and the floor around the walls was not swept.(dead bugs and dust bunnies galore) Other than that with a little attention this home is cozy.

Horrible get away

The property needed several repairs and attention . We were extremely disappointed as this was our first vacation since March of 2020. The price was much too expensive for the quality of the property, would not recommend .

Great location!

This cottage is in a great location. Just a couple minutes to the beach! Cottage could use some new furniture in the den/family room. The couches are cloth with some stains and just had a lot of wear and tear. Could use a little updating but overall it suited our purpose!

Great family beach house!

Easy walk to the beach, plenty of room for us to spread out and gather together, depending on what was going on. The beds were really comfortable! We loved the beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. The back porch overlooking the golf course was a great place for morning coffee and the front porch was great to watch afternoon storms roll in. Nice, quiet neighborhood too!

Not a clean or easy house

Overall the property is kind of gross. The floors carpet and furniture are all stained, sagging and uncomfortable. The cleaning crew didn’t do a very good job, we had to clean the kitchen and bathrooms unpon arrival. The location to the beach is nice. Since you won’t want to be in the house, that’s the best part.

Great location, beautiful neighborhood, walk right to pool and ocean!!! TV's and kitchen outdated but it served it's purpose. Washer and Dryer in home which was great. Family had a great beach vaca!!!

Very outdated and not impressive.

Pulled up to the house and could tell it was really ran down. The trash was overflowing and smelled really bad. Had a very hard time opening the door and it didn't even seal all the way. Walked into a very outdated house. Only 2 old box tvs in the whole property which hardly worked. We would try and chill out in the evenings to watch tv as a family and we couldn't even watch anything. We had an ant problem in the kitchen. We reported that and the tvs and it never got resolved (as we could tell). We walked throughout the property inside with either socks or flip flops on because of the carpet and floors looked and felt very dirty. The master bedroom's mattresses was very uncomfortable. It needs a lot of work. You can tell there is water damage (from ceiling issues) and mold. Positive things from this property is that we weren't that far from the beach and we didn't stay very long in it
