The hotel is amazing. I am not going back because we depend in the flight hours and hour flight was at 5:30pm, so we need to do a late check out and we try to negotiate with the hotel to deliver the rooms and just continue in the installations and they said that is not possible. We can just stay at the lobby without meals or drinks. They want to charge around $50 USD per person if we want to eat or drink. Flight hours are not in our hands. They should be more flexible. Thank you

Booked through Expedia. Ended up with a flight to Mexico city 8 1/2 hours from resort. When we called the resort to explain, there was ABSOLUTELY NO understand or accomadation for our situation. Can't say a word about the resort itself but the customer service was definitely lacking. Lost our entire trip expense with no empathy. Was heartbreaking to say the least.
