The location of the hotel itself was convenient and easily accessible to the highway and services. However the entrance was a bit confusing. The hotel room itself was where we ran in to issues. Upon entry the room had a musty smell, but at first appeared to be okay. Upon further inspection we found dead flies on the floor, in the little freezer of the fridge, and on the desk. The chair near the first bed was covered in multiple stains (questionable), and the top comforter of the beds were stained up and tattered. There was grass debris and food crumbs in the pull out dresser drawers, and the wall attached to the bathroom had what appeared to be boogers stuck on to it. The man working at the front counter never asked me for any information about my vehicle, nor to see my drivers license which I found to be strange. The only other issue we encountered was the people above us were so loud and it wasn’t just for a short time, it was the entire night all hours, they were stomping around, it sounded as though things such as furniture were being moved around and loud banging.

Simple room was expected, but this was poor

The air conditioning did not function, leaving the room warm and very humid. There were beer bottle caps on one part of the floor. There was no hand soap or toiletries in the room (other than one bottle of conditioner). When asked about this, the front desk attendant mentioned that 'we no longer offer soap'. I understand that shampoos may not be offered, but no hand soap? That is very poor. I didn't expect much with a free breakfast, but there was only coffee and one type of cereal (Cheerios, perhaps?). No fruit, no yogurt, nothing other than the coffee and 'O's'. This stay left my friend and I wondering if this particular location is about to go out of business.

They did not have breakfast. They did have a breakfast room with cherios and literally mothing else. It seems as though they normally have breakfast....but the counters were empty.

I came by at my check in time and was told the room was not cleaned yet as they are short staffed. Came back at 4:15 to find the same result. When I said we needed our keys because we had a rehearsal dinner thirty minutes away and wouldn’t be back until after ten I was told there is someone there 24/7 who could check us in whenever we got back. We returned at 11:50 and waited until 12:30 and no one showed up in the lobby. I tried calling the three phone numbers listed in the lobby as well as ringing the front desk bell and walking around the area to see if anyone were around to no avail. We luckily were able to stay at a friends place on the floor but this process and service was very disappointing.

Perfect location and room had great pet area close by. Chair in room was very stained and dirty to the point I wasn’t comfortable sitting in it. Nice and quiet and I got a good nights rest

Could not stay there, the room was in sad shape we checked out 15 minutes after walking in the room people drinking from the bar which is attached, hanging out being loud that was a wrong place for our children to be.

The room itself was ok, did not have enough towels for both of us. stains on the chair in the room. Advertised a continental breakfast, now are grab n go's. They had juice, cheerios and coffee. This was very disappointing. My husband accidentally went to the wrong room and our key opened that room. Overall will not go back.

Worst hotel I have ever been to the white old woman with glasses who works there and has her young son on property told us Expedia gave us wrong confirmation number while she reaked of weed. She called us bad names and tried to physically fight with us for telling her she’s unprofessional her poor son was terrified she refused to be professional and said she hated her job and didn’t care she took it out on clients. The whole place was filthy and smelled of weed we saw her smoke on the property.

The hotel is being updated but the service was less than favorable. The breakfast consisted of waffles or cereal each day. The room was not cleaned at all during a four night stay. The rooms were dusty and needed a good cleaning.

The stairs in the lobby going to the second floor were terrible. They were steep, narrow and the risers were quite high. I'm not sure they were all the same height because my wife tripped while carrying some of our belongings up to the room. It is very fortunate that she didn't fall. Minor point not safety related - having totally different coverings on the two beds does not present a very professional appearance.

They were short staffed, so trying to be kind. Gal at front desk was super nice and helpful, but had to wait for her to get checked in. She was in back doing laundry so didn’t hear us. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Only cold cereal and waffles or pancakes. Also, we didn’t notice when we first got there, there as little toilet paper left on the roller and no extra roll in the room. We were tired so went to bed and dealt with it in the morning. Again, same gal at front desk gave us some and apologized again saying they can’t find good help. Overall it was ok. We have stayed there prep and it was good for the price. We may stay again.

our checkin was delayed until 6pm because our room (and all 2nd floor rooms) were waiting on housekeeping. I know things happen but after a full day of driving thats not what you want to hear!! We booked here based on the reviews we will now take the reviews with a grain of salt!!!!
